there is really nothing we didn't like. It exceeded expectations.

From being greeted with wine and leaving with cookies and water...plus everything in between, it could not have been a more pleasant stay. Room was small, but we chose that room so we were not unaware of the size. Bed was so comfortable, we slept amazing! We also could not hear anything from outside the room.

No heating in the bathroom. Need more light for proper shaving.

Lots of unexpected small details. Questionnaire is sent by email to the guests before their arrival, very impressive. Friendly and helpful receptionists (almost all of them). Breakfast was fine too. Rooms are not too big but well decorated. Paid parking is available just next to the hotel. Main square is at about 5-7 minutes walk.

the doors weren’t very sound proof, but as most hotels (in my experience) aren’t and the corridors are rather short i don’t think this is much of an issue.

our stay here was absolutely lovely! the staff were super friendly and attentive and the room was beautifully decorated and clean. the survey you fill out before your stay and the tiny paper notes in the morning containing the weather forecast were very charming and i definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely delicious breakfast, great coffee. Loved the quirky room, super comfortable bed. Appreciated being able to choose pillows and scent of toiletries - nice quality Occitane products. Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful.

A colorful boutique where every comfort was met—comfy beds with excellent linens, welcome drinks and parting cookies, and an excellent location near the city square. Ela at the front desk was exceptional, making our dinner reservation, showing us places to see and explaining some of Poznan's history. We wish all hotels were as thoughtful and helpful. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Loved it!

The only thing I really didn't like what eventually led me sleeping very little amount of hours and waking up at 6 am was curtains. Hotel, even though is using very pretty curtains, they are very bright and white. At 6:30 am you see everything perfectly well, even though I was using the eye band. Please, change that

Hotel is really trying hard to impress every guest and I am loving it! From a free welcome drink to free candies and fruits to home made goodbye cookie - everything was really impressive!!! Breakfast was perfect (although on the second day of my stay staff was too busy to offer me breakfast menu, so I was left without it :( ) beds are super comfy, rooms are big and thoughtful. I certainly will return

The room was surprisingly small and not too isolated (regarding the noise). The faucet and the desk besides the bed were a little loose and one towel didn't smell too good. Be careful in choosing a fregrance for the room/bed sheets, it's extremely strong! I didn't sleep too well since the curtains were bright so the room was very bright in the morning. All in all it was a nice stay but for the price I would've expected more.

The staff was very kind and the room was cozy, about 5 minutes per foot away from the city center. Before your stay, the hotel asks you a lot of questions e.g. if you want books in your room, the fregrance of the soap etc.

It was a few blocks farther from the Stary Rynek than some other places where I have stayed in Poznan in the past, but this also meant that it was very quiet at night, which I appreciated.

The personal touches were so nice. Before arriving, I was given a questionnaire asking my preferences for pillow types, room scents, whether I wanted a selection of board games and books placed in my room, etc. When I arrived, I was offered a welcome drink and when I departed I was handed a sparkling water and some cookies to take with me. The hotel staff were all extremely kind and helpful. My room was so quirky and cute, with an extremely comfortable bed. I slept better in this hotel than I have in a long time! I have visited Poznan three times, each time staying in a different hotel, and this one was definitely my favorite.

We took bigger double room and really happy we did it. The standard double rooms are absolutely tiny!!! I wasn’t too impressed by interior design of the hotel ; too dark and dark carpets everywhere. What absolutely should be changed are pillows and quilt - old and used. Blanket on the bed had stains.

This is a small boutique hotel in a very convenient location. Parking is on the doorstep of the hotel. Walking 4 mins to the old square. Calm and peaceful location! What is absolutely outstanding about the hotel are PEOPLE working there: extremely friendly; polite; professional and just simply NICE& VERY HELPFUL to be around! Thank you! Little breakfast restaurant is very cute and breakfast was delicious. It is a small cosy hotel.

The bedsheets were old(torn apart in a few places) and needed changing - this was done immediately after I asked staff for it The room was pretty old and may need some renovation (broken shelf, old furniture) There was super little space in the bathroom to keep toiletries so I had to keep some in the room and I'm not taking more than a few basics with me (on a tiny desk) The door in the shower wasn't reaching the floor so there was a mini-flood after each shower. The mattress was very soft and the ergonomic pillow I chose in the survey (they sent a cool survey prior to check in however there was no amendment to the standard stuff although I chose some, I didn't ask staff for it as I wasn't sure if it was optional or not)

I love I got a survey a day in advance asking what kind of pillows, welcome drink, linen spray, etc I preferred. Upon arrival the girl behind the desk was SO sweet! Everything was very personalized and detailed. My room was perfect for me and so peaceful and cozy. Loved it!

We spent one night at the city solei boutique hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very nice and the staff puts a lot of effort into making the guests feel like at home! The room was nicely decorated and fully equipped with amenities. We really appreciated the choice of different types of pillows and shower gel scents!

We had the most wonderful stay, room Oslo was super comfy, decor was stunning and bathroom with a bad was a nice addition to all of it. Every step, we were getting some small gifts from the stuff - welcome drinks, some sweets and cookies when checking out. It was really sweet!
