Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LithuaniaBeds are not very comfortable, the shower leaks everywhere and its very hot in the bathroom. Stairs and raised bed seems not very safe for small guests.
A lot of sleeping beds, spacious apartment, raised bed and swings are good attractions for kids, near the airport, easy to access, free parking on the other side of the street. Good place for a short stay

UkraineI agree with some other's comments on bed smell in the toilet/shower on the 1st floor. But it does not spread to other rooms, and is not actually strong. It was not critical for us. We also had paddle on the floor because cleaning left a window open while it was raining. But it is not critical too.
The facility comfortably accommodated 7 people. It had everything we needed. Not very close to the downtown, but it takes 15-20 minutes to get there by bus or taxi, so is totally fine. Everything was clean, warm and working fine. It had 2 toilets, which is great for a big company.

LatviaIn the bathroom on the 1st floor, there was a smell coming from the sink drain. The beds on the 2nd floor creaked a lot, one bed was missing a slat, the headboard had no support and it fell to the ground if you lay down on it.

LatviaThe apartment was much more spacious than I thought. Sofa-bed and double level bed on the first floor. The second floor we didn't even use. There were 2 separate bedrooms + WC. The car park is just outside, also the free parking space is across the street, near the supermarket. Entrance by the code, it was essential for me, as we arrived late in nighttime.

MaltaThe flat was not cleaned properly when we entered. Apart from that, there was a massive pile of rubbish just outside the back window which meant we could not open the window. It would have been nice to have a booklet or pdf with some information about the flat, the installations and the surrounding area.

LithuaniaThe rooms were NOT vacuumed! There was dust all over the counters, dust on the floor, on the rugs - everywhere. When we arrived the sunroof was left wide open, so the whole room just flooded from the rainstorm - had to clean it myself. Wonderful welcome. The TV did NOT work and nobody took liberty to explain how it should work nor nobody tried to fix it. The bathroom smell! Goddamn! I don't know what was worst - the smell in the bathroom or the lever of dirt everywhere, mold, especially on the shower curtain. Beds were made with USED sheets! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!
There was nothing we like so there is nothing to write.
