One toiled (out of two) was not working and nobody told in reception about that. We found ants in the kitchen, but for one night it wasn't a problem, but for longer stay of course it's not acceptable.

the mirror on the wall was very delicately mounted on the wall too close to the bed. we’d have an accident and a trip to the hospital if the mirror fell. the washing machine didn’t work. the maintenance man didn’t speak polish neither English. he tried to fix something but it didn’t work. we had to return with wet clothes in our bags back home. the machine cycle continued all night on wash. the door handle could be more form and secure.

it was clean. location was perfect. in the heart of the old town. everything was easily accessible.

I was in room 123. The washbasin is full of hair. The scarves and bonfires are all dirty and greasy. 80% of the dishes were missing, I had to ask at the reception. The curtains on the windows are dusty. The chairs in the kitchen are dirty and stained. The kettle is dirty. The vacuum cleaner is broken. Before our arrival, the room was not prepared. In the morning in the adjacent rooms repair and a loud drill.

I liked the view from the window. Location of the apartment. Nice reception.

Car parking is paid separately (additional payment in cash is needed) Kitchen is equipped with induction stove but only one proper cooking pot is available Oven is not very convenient for cooking.

Apartments are comfortable enough. Beds are not bad at all. Bathroom equipment is good.

Kuznicza 65/2 It is a not a bad apartment for a fair price in great location, literally 10 meters from the main square. However, the advert said it is soundproof - well it is not at all. Not bad if you party in town until 2-3am but if you trying to sleep, it is impossible. Apartment is not maintained at all, broken cupboards doors in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, hole in the wall next to the bed, windows blinds ripped off and hidden in the wardrobe, wooden slats under the bed mattress not attached at all, falling in when sleeping, Broadband not working - cable cut next to the wall.

no toilet paper in main bathroom, no soap, no shower cream nor shampoo, no hair dryer, lack of cold water - in the evening no shower taken, in the morning I found that WC was not working - cold water was cut off in main water station. No admission code given to enter the entrance door and reception was closed after 22:00. I was able to get in only thanks to other quests leaving the main door. Old used out materace in the bed, OBJECT REFUSED TO ISSUE VAT BILL, ALTHOUGH I ASKED FOR IT PLACING AN ORDER!!

Dirty towels and bed sheets (smelled awful), dirty kitchen, no paper towel, appartment overloaded with random furnitures ( not shown on pictures), broken buthtub, mold in bathroom, no working TV, no instruction how to get internet set up. Got internet after several phone calls to the office in the middle of the night. in general very outdated appartment Never had such a bad experience with booking.com

the apartment was very different from the one online and it was just very bad quality. the wifi wasn't working and we had to go complain the second day for them to give us a good wifi which later stopped working after some hours.

Dirty enough, previous cleaning was very bed. It's not good when you travel with kids. Bed smell, trousers in the washing machine. Washing machine needs cleaning, it smalls awful. Bad windows, all sounds from the street are fully in the flat. All lights from the street are in the flat. Very dark lamps in the whole flat, it's difficult to see something in the bathroom due to very bed lamps.

Flat is situated just in the historical center, more than perfect for touristic goals. It's also well repaired, in spite the house is very old. Good place for one-two nights.

Problems with WiFi and not really helpful staff when it came to dealing with the problem. The bed frame was broken in my bed so it wasn't comfortable. I would also expect a hair dryer in the apartment for that price.

I enjoyed the location and the fact that it was appartment. Having a washing machine was an unexpected positive surprise.

Our stay at Lucky Apartment was horrible. We sure weren't lucky. For a family of 4 arriving for a week, we got only two towels and 2 toilet paper rolls. and had to walk all the way to the reception to get more (the apartment was in a total different place than the reception, something we discovered upon arriving). Also there wasn't enough blankets and pillows for all of us. When we arrived there was no internet connection and no door handle. After about 4 days of our stay some guy arrived without any warning to fix the handle at 9 PM when we were putting our kids to sleep. It took him more than an hour and it was a huge inconvenience for us. The internet was resolved after a couple of days we had no internet - without any technical assistance from the managment. Other issues with the apartment: - 1 window handle to use with all the windows. we had to screw/unscrew it every time we wanted to open a window. - no curtains for the windows. especially where there is street light just in front of the window of the bedroom. -missing lightbulbs, and light switches that didn't work -broken kitchen doors where you can't open them without them falling. terrifying. and that's not even all. -The bed matress is of bad quality, not comfortable and one of the coils can scratch you

The receptionist didn't speak English nor proper Polish so communication was very hard. We arrived at the time of check in but we had to wait 30 min more for the keys. A lot of things in apartment were broken. A lot of kitchen cabinets were broken, pressure of water in the kitchen was non existing. Sofa in the living room for sleeping was a nightmare, it was like we were sleeping on a wooden board. Shower floor in the bathroom felt like you are gonna fall through and it had rust on it. The lighting in the apartment was very bad in every room. The staff came on the first day to take TV receiver to give us the new one but they never gave us the new one so we had 10 polish programs. Also on the second day staff came to "pick up the remote" but it looked more like they wanted to check on what we were doing. The doors of the bedroom couldn't close all the way and the curtains didn't work properly. On top of everything on Saturday morning at 7am, on the weekend, we were forcefully woken up because there was construction in the apartment next to us and the noise was unbearable. In the end when we wanted the deposit back they said that they can give it to us at 3pm but we had a train at 1pm so we had to argue for them to send someone to the apartment to check and give the deposit back to us. And we asked while checking in are we gonna get it as soon as we give them the key back and the receptionist that didn't speak English nor proper Polish sad yes. All in all disappointed with accomodation and staff.

I liked the location. It's in the old town so all of sightseeing points were very close.

The pictures on Booking are not what you get. Unit does not sleep two adults and two kids. All furniture was old, torn, and well used after a long drive. Arrived at 22:00 to this place. At 23:00 I booked 2 rooms at the Wyndham Hotel. If you do stay, I recommend you look at the unit before exchanging money you will never get back.
