We always stay here because it is close to our family. We were disappointed when we viewed the family room as we would like to book this in February 2025. It lacked any warmth and felt very lifeless. We have three children and this size room is not suitable. All was good and this is a minor thing but each visit there has never been hot chocolate or decaf coffee in the lounge.

The rooms are clean, modern with a pleasant lounge area.

I really liked that dogs are allowed and that the tram stop is just few meters from the hotel, so the city center is easily accessible.

It would be better to torn on central heating of the building because the room at night was really cold while outside was 3-4C.

The rooms on the side of the street are very loud. For myself, luckily there were free rooms on the courtyard side and I could move. So, roadside rooms: comfort level 6, courtyard side: level 10. Wifi somehow stopped working properly after I was videoconferencing for two hours. Is there a cap limit on the data transfer?

The friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfast. Wifi was good for the first two days.

We didn’t like that it was very dusty in the room and there was no toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste or even slippers.

The hotel was definitely affordable and while the location was a bit far from the center, it was near the station (3-5 mins walk) so we still think it was a very good hotel. Also the breakfast was good. The hotel room was small but well designed. The bed can be more comfortable but for the price we paid, it was comfortable enough. Overall, we had an excellent stay! There was also a big park (don’t remember the name) near the hotel which was like 15-20 mins walk, it was beautiful and there was a coffee near.

This is our second time at this hotel, and it has been as good as the last time. The location is excellent, as the hotel is only 10-15 minutes away from the city centre by tram. The staff are very helpful; this time, they let us check in 1 hour early with no charge. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, with a great choice of foods. If we come to Krakow again, we will most likely stay here

The only thing didn’t work properly was WiFi, it was slow on the 4th floor and barely loading anything. But the reception area was great for calls and work stuff.

Parking on-site but have to pay extra,we had to go to another building for the room. So parking and breakfast is in the other building. It was good weather so ok. Staff at the bar and restaurant was so so.

The air-conditioning is bit strange. Parking is under the ground but we didn't know it and took a day to figure it out how it works. Otherwise there are plenty of spaces there but you have to pay for it.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Many options for everyone. The hotel is close to the tram station. Hotel has got a restaurant and it is open until 10 if you check-in late and you need a nice dinner.

This hotel is amazing. The room was large and comfortable, the staff were most helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a tram stop, so traveling to the Krakow Old Town is very easy - it takes 15-20 minutes depending on where you want to go.

We had a problem with the electricals in that the power would stop and restart all night long. Using a cpap machine meant that I didn’t get any sleep as I couldn’t breathe and the phone chargers kept beeping on and off. Not sure if it was just our room but do check first if you use a cpap

It was fresh clean and modern. The staff were great as was the restaurant and the bar. The rooms were beautiful and fresh.
