The hotel room smelt too much of cigarettes (Separate from the apartment which was fine).

The apartment, which there is only 1 on site, was wonderful. I’d recommend the apartment for sure, and would stay there again. We did stay 1 night in the hotel room and I’d say it was average. It smelt too much like cigarettes for me. But the apartment was great. Super clean. The staff were also nice.

You can hear your neighbours walking in their room or the stairs up and down. No teacups. No feet towel, so it can be wet in the bathroom after using the shower.

Wi-fi free, but very poor, difficult for use.

Nice location 1 km from the historic centre of Jelenia Gora, municipal swimming pool 100 mts (only july-august), in the camping is common kitchen, new toilets and showers seat area, barbecue possibilities. The trailers / mobil homes in the area are various quality (age).

Unfortunately you cannot choose neighbors. The hot water boiler is a little bit too weak.

Good location, friendly staff. Downtown can be reached on foot. Biedronka and Circle K are next to camping site. Car can be parked near bungalow door.

The temperature in the room was first too warm, then too cold. Two single mattresses in a double bed.

It was pretty cold inside the camper, even colder than on the outside.

We slept inside of a camper, which was very cute and comfortable. The shower and the kitchen weren't that far away. Also, you could get to the city quite quickly by walking.

I did like location

Rooms not like on the picture internet connection very poor petrol station very close but they cheat me first night they sell me something what was not working and didn't want to change the product , parking pay separately every day

Acoustics are terrible - you hear all what is happening in next rooms. Also have in mind thar people use this hotel for dating. We heard screams of a woman having sex from 00.00 till 7 am. Of course manager said in the morning that we could have changed a room but we were tired to stand up. We would expect that hotel management would be the one to predict such cases and inform people that if they are planning sex marathon better to stay in separate bungalo or change the hotel.

Caravan cushions reeked of cat's toilet! ( you can throw them out onto balcony until you leave ) The tiny caravan toilet stunk. the heater was helpful in the summer but you will freeze in winter! the staff smoke everywhere even indoors. the spacious mobile home featured on Booking.Com was just a tiny, dilapidated 1960's caravan and far too small for two people. and was not very clean and shows its age! The communal kitchen stank of very old cooking smells and is disgustingly filthy, and the communal dining room stunk like a shelter for homeless drunks! Neither have been cleaned up or decorated in decades! This is a very dirty old caravan site. There is no water from caravan kitchen tap and you couldn't really cook in such a tiny space anyway. Giant ashtrays stunk of stale tobacco and are never emptied.

Nice location backs onto park with supermarket next door, and town is a few minutes away, and Karpacz holiday village 7zl bus ride up the mountains. Also there are nearby historic caves to explore. There is an outdoor dining area with canopy nice in Summer. The TV swivels so you can watch at a good angle from either end of the caravan. The communal toilets and showers are very good and are the only clean and modern feature of this dilapidated camp site

First we was disappointed about the difference of the bathroom. We choosed room with bathroom with bathtube with hydro massage which cost more but it didn't work at all and it took very long to fill with water. There was even someone else hair 🤢 Second was bed with so soft mattress that sleeping there wasn't possible due to back pain after one hour of lying there. Thirth thing was the noise of floor when out neighbour from upstairs was walking in his room...

Staff was very nice and friendly. Supermarket behind.
