Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalOther guests were not very careful with noise one of the nights. Hostel gives only one towel for person, not even one when we exit the shower, but if needed extra ones, it costs around 1 euro only. Breakfast does not worth the price, bread not fresh.
We were in a twin room with private bathroom. Perfect location, clean room, harm building, confortable bed.

We had an unpleasant experience with not being able to get invoice as we needed it on our stay, but we have already paid so we couldn’t get it. They tell this in the hotel but I guess many people pay before… not a huge deal but possible improvement:)
Very clean, good price, good location. Every bed has electricity outlet which is important for hostels.

RussiaUnfortunately, the Wi-Fi was terrible; the connection was very poor, and I often had to switch to my phone’s data, which was inconvenient since I needed to work. The floors and beds were quite squeaky, and I wasn't fully satisfied with the quality of the pillows and duvets.
The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The breakfast is great value—generous portions for the price. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. There’s a nice common area with free coffee and tea, and the balconies offer beautiful views.

BelarusThere is no towel. It was not mentioned in the description. The pillows there are very small. The bed shakes if a person on the upper bed moves. It would be great if the beds had curtains.
There are spacious rooms and a kitchen with a balcony. There are large enough lockers in the room, a socket and light near the bed.

Great location, great price and probably the best ratio of comfort to price in the whole town. Very nice staff. Rooms are spacious, so even though many people are sleeping in one room you still have air to breathe.

United KingdomYou have to leave your key behind when you step out, which I can understand but it took me almost 10 minutes to track somebody so I can return to my room. That's the only downside.
The hostel is a short ten minutes walk from the Old Town. I was quite impressed with the bar being open till 10, why? They were actively inviting people to come and meet new people, hang out and make new friends. Quite something when you're travelling alone; I ended up meeting two people and we were out until 5am! The bedrooms are very well kept, the beds are very comfortable and I was out like a light when I lay down.
