I understand that the hotel saves money by not having a reception and instead providing PIN codes to enter through the front door and the room door. However, it would have been nice to at least have a name of a person to contact in case of questions. As long as all goes smoothly this is negligible. It also would be nice to have a safe place to store bikes overnight.

Artisan Park is excellently located with everything important within walking distance. The room was new and equipped with all modern amenities. The bakery on the first floor also serves as the breakfast room and serves excellent quality food. Staff is very friendly.

The room I was in had an adjoining door to the neighbouring room. This door has zero soundproofing. I could clearly hear my neighbour playing music, having a loud conversation, and playing computer games until 3am. This really ruined my night's sleep and an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The wiifi password was not provided in the check-in message. I had to go down the restaurant and ask for it. There was no bottle opener for the water bottles left in the room The room was loud and smelling of food. The breakfast was very limited and not very healthy.

At the most expensive place in town you expect to feel welcome! But it is built above a cafe/bakery; you check in at the bakery cash register. The staff are sour and disinterested - and this continued at breakfast (which was nevertheless delicious). If you want a fancy room, can afford it, and are happy to feel like a second class citizen intruding on their lives, then this is for you

I needed a hotel because the train connections to Berlin were disrupted, it was late, and I needed wifi for a morning zoom meeting. Since this place was the dearest in town, I thought it would have reliable wifi, which it did. But......despite it being modern and luxurious in the room - the whole visit left a sour taste due to staff.

Sort out the basics! Connection door to the roon next door is this as paper. When it's quiet you can hear your neighbor moving in bed! Siphon in the shower not working... When you enter the room you're greeted by the smell of sewer. No thin curtains and windows go from ceiling to floor. You either close the room darkening curtains completely and turn on the light, or you let on some sunlight (and stares of anyone reading post)

So they don’t have a real reception for hotel. You basically need to talk to the people from the restaurant for check in and out. They have very very limited English. We stayed in room no 6. The handle of the main door was broken. There was a very bad stinky smell from the bathroom. Toilet wasn’t clean properly. Also you could hear the people from next room very clear and loud. We had a 2.5 years old light sleeper and then there were people next door who were humping loudly through the night. We stayed for only a night so we didn’t go through room change and so on, also because restaurant stuff didn’t speak English so it wasn’t easy to explain them. In the restaurant, it’s clearly visible how overworked the stuffs are. They definitely need more people. We had to wait very long to order and to get the order.

This property is part of a restaurant and bakery. If you stay here definitely have the food in the restaurant. Breakfast was amazing which was included. Also they have very good cake selection. Atmosphere was really nice. There is a playground behind the hotel. Great for having a trip with kids. Very green and fresh around.
