When we arrived (middle March), the heating was off and we were really cold. The next day it was already OK. The kitchen is rather small for 10 persons. Larger electric kettle, and two microwaves would be nice, too.

Close to the city center, easy to get in. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Really contained 10 beds, enough spacy and clean. We had a misunderstanding of the number of guests (caused by the booking.com); the apartment management solved it quickly and favourably.

The apartment was not 100 percent as depicted in the pictures. The antique chairs are beautiful but sometimes did not feel super safe to sit on. It was difficult to go up 4 large flights of stairs. It would have been ideal if there were an elevator- for older people especially. The very large paintings with very thick frames on walls should ideally not be placed right above headboards of beds in case they could fall. I removed the very large one over my head during the night and put it back at checkout.

The staff was very nice and even let us check in early waiting for us. The location is ideal with just a short walk to old town. The old furniture is beautiful and the atmosphere in the old building is great. Access is very easy.

There was a huge difference between the photos on website and real state of the building and rooms. On the website it looks as you are booking one of the royal apartments in Wawel. It would had been good, if the Hotel had parking places at a parking company near with an opportunity to book. Sadly, we got not the apartment with 3 rooms what we booked, but we got an extra apartment in change.

The place is close to the city centre. The rooms were really clean. The receptionist was very kind, helpful and friendly! We had a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, as well!

It was more a hostel than apartments stairs were quite slippy being worn and stone ..room was quite cramped with 6 beds in .

The WIFI didn't worked at all, just 2 seconds I caught the signal, then not at all.

The location is nice, near the old city. The surroundings of the apartment are quiet. The beds have a comfortable mattress, but some of the beds are squeaking :)

Entry hall had builders bringing cement and rubbish out. Place had loads of dust floating about wasn't inviting at all. Dilapidated decor in rooms. Needs updating badly.

Our apartment was on the last floor, no lift there, you have to carry your luggage on the top. Not nice smells inside, like from the toilet or from the sink? A lot of beds with not first quality bedding, cigarette on the floor. Not any contract with staff. Views by the windows like from horror. Very sad, I'm travelling a lot but I couldn't believe people can rent places like this. Not respect for another. And price was the same like in another places. I didn't choose the cheapest option. I'm so sorry, something like this happened in my country. Still I'm thinking about my staying there, I can't believe

everything in that “apartment” is old, smells terrible and you have the feeling that God knows what happened on these beds. Students dormitories are in better condition than this one.
