We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CyprusThe beds were too small and since they separated the divans as requested being friends travelling, one of the beds was right under the overhead light, bumping into it all the time. Also the plow was sooo uncomfortable..maybe we should have requested a second.
Location in the heart of the old town, very easy to walk to everywhere, clean rooms and satisfying breakfast. Very pleased with our choice.

A lovely small "hotel" room that served our needs very well! The location was excellent, close proximity to the waterfront and many wonderful shops and restaurants! I would stay here again! The staff were incredibly helpful and didn't mind our butchered attempts at Polish! The attached restaurant served a great breakfast, opening early enough for us!

HungaryThe sofa was not the best, some more pillows would be nice and make it more comfy. Air condition was important and worked perfectly well, but smelled like it needed some cleaning. Also, some spoons could have been nice for the coffee making.
Very good location and very quiet. We had an amazing view from 4th floor and could hear the churches chimes all.ivwr the city roofs, magical atmosphere.

It's situated on a quiet, small street, offering a peaceful stay, yet it's still in the heart of a popular area for visitors, making it easy to reach everything. The staff is very attentive and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. A wonderful experience overall!

United KingdomThe room had no air-conditioning, so it was very hot at night. I had to leave a window open because of this, which meant I was awakened by the bin men collecting all the glass bottles from the bars and restaurants at 0600 every morning, which was very noisy. It's not a deal breaker for me, but it might be for some.
Great location in the old town close to all the attractions, restaurants, and bars. The room was really clean and was a good size with an ensuite bathroom. It also had a safe and small fridge in the room. There were tea and coffee making facilities and the bottled water was replaced every day. I would stay here again.

AustriaNo lobby available where one could sit down and hang out. Our room was a bit smelly (guess because of the carpet floor), „Spa“ area was a bit misleading as it only hosts s masseur that needs to be booked additionally. No sauna or such to be expected.
