Location was excellent - right in the centre of everything and close to some great restaurants. All the main attractions within easy walking distance. While central, it was very quiet. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a room to a suite by the hotel.

Honestly, everything was excellent. We would not hesitate to come back to Apart Neptun on a future visit.

The young people working the desk were exceptionally helpful. We came at a busy tourist time and Chris, at the desk, hard to find us reservations at excellent and reasonably priced restaurants. The location and room were fabulous. The photos below are taken from our bedroom windows.

Step out of the hotel and you are in the heart of Gdank Old Town, it was so quiet, the buffet breakfast was ample with a good selection.

I was on first floor which was a bit loud so if your concerned about noise just ask to be back in the back of building.

This was the perfect place near main town square! The room was big and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff in the reception were friendly and arrival and departure. But during the stay they never said hello or goodbye during the day. They did'nt even look at you, but down their phone. Same with the cleaning staff, never a smile or hello. The staff in the restaurant was smiling and friendly.

The restaurant is terrible for breakfast ridiculously set up to be crowded and the spa services don’t exist and there is no reception lounge or other community room

Nothing much we didn't like really, we had breakfast on one of the mornings, which wasn't really for us, there was quite a bit of choice and looked quite good, but not really for us, not much we liked really other than the breads, cheeses and jams.

Really enjoyed our stay here, loved everything about it really. Close to many sights and beautiful buildings, loads of bars and restaurants (spoiled for choice) the staff, Dominika (I think) Carolina and Chris were extremely helpful and friendly, they were always free for any queries or help. Although our room wasn't ready for us when we arrived, we were able to store our bags safely until it was ready, and our room was upgraded as well which was lovely. Amazing location and such a beautiful city. Both my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it's absolutely on our list to come again some time.

Large twin room, great location off the main tourist area so pretty quiet at night. Lift to all floors so great for moving luggage. Staff very helpful. Breakfast excellent.

The location was amazing, in the heart of Gdansk, the room was spacious, clean with a great view. The receptionists “Kris” and “Dominika” were very helpful and so kind. I recommend this hotel to everyone. And I will choose this hotel if I travel to Gdansk again! All in all, Perfect experience! 😍

The apartment was so close to the old town but very quiet at night. It was well designed and had everything we needed. The staff on reception could not have been more helpful and the housekeeping staff made sure that it was very neat and tidy. I’d definitely stay here again
