Our room was never cleaned during our whole stay. The floor was very dirty and we had nothing to sweep it up so it was very uncomfortable to walk in the room without shoes on. There was no traditional front desk to visit for questions or needs. We did not not know how to get more towels or toilet paper so the result was we asked the only human we saw - the breakfast attendant. We didn't know if this was correct but we did not feel any other option. I am accustomed to hotels that clean the room, change the sheets, get fresh towels, refill toilet paper, etc. but none of this happened until we asked. The shower curtain was flimsy and kept blowing in during a shower resulting in water on the floor. We only had 1 extra towel so we had to use that to clean up the water on the floor after every shower.

Breakfast was great - lots of choices and very pleasant server. The rooms were a good size. The beds were comfortable. We arrived early and the hotel let us check in early. I was able to communicate over email and always got a quick and helpful response.

The TV had very few options for english language channels. Even movies were DUBed in polish. :D

No reception in place (but easy instructions to check in and later checked out) , so no option to leave lagguages before/after stay, but Galeria Baltycka has that option for 1.00£per day per item!

There was construction work on Friday and despite the sign that said we had to ask for room cleaning if we wanted it we were woken up by the cleaners knocking strongly. There were no "do not disturb" signs. The shared washing machine is fairly moldy

The hotel is located right in the middle of Gdansk, in a quiet neighborhood near a major crossroad. The tram stop is only a few minutes of walking away and will get you comfortably to anywhere in Gdansk, whether you want to spend the day on a beach, exploring the old town or cycling to the Westerplatte. Rooms are very cozy and clean, with everything you will need. If I ever come to Gdansk in the future I will definitely be staying here again!

When we entered, the room had a "funny" smell. We had to air it out to stay in it. The furniture is dated and has stains on it. The floor is covered in rugs, which are probably causing the stale smell. When we lifted the toilet seat, there were urine stains and pubic hair. The internet hardly works. It is quite expensive for an old, dusty room.

We really liked how peaceful the location is. There was also a free parking. The room was pet friendly and it offered free gym pass. The room was big, with seperate bedroom and a walk-in-closet.

The range of breakfast is a little limited. The bed was too soft, so two it was not that comfortable to sleep for 2 people The elevator worked only for the staff, it was hard to move to the floors . Asked to leave our baggage, but got refused
