Apartment dated few things didn’t work, dishwasher main light in the bedroom, shower head kept slipping.

Absolutely fantastic apartment perfectly located. We had a two bed and there was plenty of space and everything you could need available. 5/10 walk to main square loads of bars restaurants and shops near. Breakfast plentyful and fresh.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, within walking distance of all the main tourist areas and only a few minutes away from the main square. Extremely secure, very comfortable beds and very well equipped, ideal for a family trip. 10/10, highly recommend! 😊

The shower doors need some fixing, but it's not something you can't live with

Really quiet location in the center of the city. The doors open to an inner yard, very nice. A kitchen with everything, living room with a working TV and even YouTube. Check in at 14.

Only very small things, the air conditioning in the double room was not great and when we stayed it was a heatwave so it meant it was a bit warm at night.

It was in a great location and the apartment was clean. It had modern furniture and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The apartment smelled of smoke. It also came from the courtyard, so opening the windows did not help. The breakfast was very basic, it had little choice and was the same every day For this the price was not appropriate (in comparison to other accomodations in Poland).

The location was very close to the old city of Krakau. The rooms in the apartment were quite good.

Had a hard time finding where we needed to go. Our driver could not get close enough to the apartment to pick up keys. So we had to walk a little ways with luggage to check in

Amazing location 3 mins walk from old town and a really nice facility. Very stylish 2 bedroom suite that suited our family really well. Can also organize underground parking which is tricky in the area.

It was great to have undergound parking, although someone took our space when we were out as staff had not made it clear that we should lock the little barrier in the space when we went out. We were given another space, but it was alot smaller. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils were minimal- we had to ask for more plates as we only had two in the cupboard. However, these were brought up promptly by reception.

We stayed here at the start of August for seven nights. Great location, ideal for walking into city centre. The apartment was an okay size for three of us and had full cooking facilities and a washing machine, which was great. There is a small shop next door to the apartments which was fine for anything you needed. The apartment felt cool with the air-conditioning, and we could also open windows. It was generally clean, bright and airy.

The leak under our kitchen sink, however this was fixed promptly. The window blinds which were damaged upon arrival and don't keep out light resulting in early wake up each morning because it was bright.

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, the comfort of the sofa, and the bed and the use of the washing machine and airer.

The LG tv had a Samsung remote and didn’t work until day 2, when it was configured by the staff. We were offered 2 breakfasts to make up for the loss of use. The breakfast was very basic, bread, slices of meat, cheese, jam, chocolate spread, yoghurt, cereals, apples, cucumbers, pepper and tomatoes, drinks machine, just not hot meal in the morning, eggs, bacon, etc.

Location was very close to the station and the main city square / centre. The apartment had a small balcony, big, round bed with a memory foam mattress. The shower was a good size with 2 heads, one was a very big rainfall shower. There was a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, basic cutlery and dishes, nice chairs with embroidered animals heads, big armchair, nice 3 people sofa. Friendly staff.

Very comfortable, fantastic location close to all attractions and very nice stay overall. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and luckily our room was ready early.
