Everything about this place is beautiful and amazing. I wish I could live in this space. Bravo to the interior designer. Agnes was super friendly and helpful with the check in. The two complimentary beers was a nice touch. I will book this property again next time I’m in Toruń!

This is not a criticism at all, but although it's an apartment it's more of a hotel in the sense that there are no kitchen facilities apart from the fridge. That wasn't a problem for us, you are literally surrounded by restaurants there, but I mention it only as you tend to think of apartments as having a kitchenette or similar.

Wonderful, stylish hotel in the historic centre of Torun. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Excellent shower, strong wi-fi. The hotel is attached to a brewery/restaurant and the food and beer there were both excellent, as was the general atmosphere. The hotel is right in the middle of things, less than a minute to restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Taxis can come all the way to the hotel even though it's in the pedestrian area. The owner was very warm and welcoming. There were two bottles of gingerbread beer in the fridge when we arrived which was a really nice touch. It's a place with real history and character, I loved it!

One tiny suggestion - would be great to see the hairdryers updated as they are starting to show a little sign of age.

Third stay here, and it's definitely my first choice when I have to be in Torun - right down to having a welcome beer in the fridge, this place is simply great. Always I'm here for work, and at Olbracht the room affords plenty of desk space, quietness and a good internet connection to help this - these sound like obvious things, but so many hotels feature tiny work spaces and distant noises. Ten out of ten.

Our key card didn't work to get into the apartment complex. But we were able to continue using the code.

Room was basically perfect. Very comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. We did not hear any noise from the restaurant or street. Very convenient location, close to restaurants and cafes and attractions. Check in was easy.

Noise from the back side of the restaurant. However you can hear it only when the window is open. Otherwise its ok.

Mainly the location and the style of this place + great customer service. On top of that nice welcome gift in the fridge - local beer. It’s worth to mention that every guest have an access to the top deck which is nice place to sit down when the weather is good.

I did have a bit of trouble with the gate when closed. The host may want to point out the keypad on the side of the gate. Otherwise, I can't say anything was horrible with my stay. Wonderful place to stay.

I got plenty of instructions for the location and how to get in, which is usually a problem for me. I also loved the easy no contact service. The host still provided all the assistance I could ever need, which was wonderful.

A couple of small suggestions: a reading light in the standard room, which I found to be quite dark. Also, some type of creamer or milk, if one wants a cup of white tea.

The highlight was the exceptional service of the manager, Agnieszka. She was so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond, making her guests feel welcome. The complimentary beer, beautifully comfortable bed and room, rooftop terrace for guests, discount in the wonderful brewery restaurant and modern touches within this historic building were all fabulous. Compared to other tourist towns, Torun seems to offer great value and this apartment was no exception.

The room I was initially given was stuffy and had a smoky smell. Great service however, another, much nicer room was swiftly arranged with a minimum of fuss. I was told that I would be sent a code for the door for the new room but this never arrived, however I was able to use the electricity/door card from the room for access.

Great location right in the centre and 15% discount off food in the restaurant. Decor a good balance between old and new elements and appropriate to the building's history. 2 free gingerbread beers in the fridge!

Although described as an apartment, it was more or less a hotel room. The 'coffee and tea maker' in the description was a kettle, with only instant coffee available
