Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Polandthe motion sensor in the hallway will be triggered only when you resched the middle of the corridor otherwise very dark. the Bathroom lights were flickering. there were no knives in the kitchen and the refrigerator needs to be replaced - the freezer door keeps falling off.

The hotel is located in the center of the Old City. Contactless settlement. The room was not just spacious, but huge and consisted of two rooms. The room has TV and radio, air conditioning. Everything is in working order. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed with clean linen, very comfortable. Cleanliness is perfect. No noise from the street at night.

Finland1) Only one tiny trash bin in the room is definitely not enough. 2) Shower cabin is not really isolated from the bathroom, so the water goes outside no matter how carefully are you taking a shower.
Excellent location - it's in the very heart of Torun. Easy to find (but beware that there are two hotel buildings on the same street, so if the code does not work, go and check it at the next building). Smooth check-in (+I was able to check-in slightly ahead of time). I really liked the interior of the hotel and the room. It reminded me of aristocratic buildings of 18-19 centuries. The breakfast is basic but still fine (and thanks for the background music from 80-90-s - that's my favorite). Overall, I enjoyed my three days in Torun, in part - thanks to this lovely hotel :)

PolandThe kitchenette could be slightly better equipped, for instance there was no pan or a cutting board. It would be helpful if there was an option for segregating the garbage. It may get noisy at night, but that's how it goes with such a central location and with many bars around open until late.
The place is perfectly located very close to the New Town Market Square. It is central location, close to main tourist attractions with a variety of entertainment options nearby. The Deluxe Apartment is very spacious and convenient. The kitchenette with fridge and basic utensils is available at the apartment. The contact with the staff was fully remote, but they were very kind and helpful.
