We arrived during a heatwave 35degrees! There are fans in each room but no air con …. So it was very warm . Small table and only two chairs on the balcony for three of us Lack of sockets for charging

This is a lovely apartment and was well equipped lovely balcony overlooking the street The apartment is in a great location just minutes from the main square. Had breakfast at Paul’s restaurant a couple of mornings and it is excellent .

It's not a criticism but has stairs to all apartments, so that's something that needs to be considered.

Everything about this place was perfect for our needs. I travelled with my 80 year old dad and was perfect. 1 minute walk to main market square. Very quiet, apartment had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were amazing from the first day I booked with any queries I had, and Wiola was amazing throughout our stay and very accomidating, not to mention super friendly The key fob was a brilliant idea as no one could enter the building without it.Would definitely recommend this place, and if I came back , I wouldn't look anywhere else.

The internet should be better. (OKI, I use usually a net at 90 Mbps in my home office, but for use simply things, like reservation on museums or games, it's OK).

First think : the communication with Anna; 1. The breakfast is fabulous, (not included in price, but 10% discount) 2. 2-3 min to walk to the Main Square; 3. The cleaning of room; 4. Attention for details in decorate the room; 5. The silent room;

There are certain parts of the apartment that need a little bit more love. Could have something more than a bottle if shampoo in the floor of the bathroom. In the kitchen too. Some salt and sugar for example.

Location is more than perfect. Anna is a treasure. Absolutely helpful and friendly.

Nothing everything was perfect

Anna was a genuine lovely lady with exceptional customer service. Apartments were spotless and very near the main square(less then 5 min walk) Breakfast was lovely in Paul's place 😉Anna arranged transportation back to airport and checked in the early hours of the morning to make sure we were OK . Anna went above and beyond for us . We would highly recommend staying in this apartment not only are they lovely apartments but customer service is excellent 😁

The location was in the centre of the old town, within easy walk in g distance to the main attractions. The down side of this is, it is a little noisy but we knew that would be the case. The apartment itself was huge, plenty of room to spread out and relax and we had access to a small balcony where we could enjoy the summer evenings. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly Anna, the lady who looked after our booking. She was a great communicator, kept in touch with us at all times. She met us at the apartment when we arrived and allowed us to get in earlier than expected. She also organised a taxi to the airport for us when we were leaving. I couldn’t commend her enough, she was excellent.

Accommodation is fairly basic. Main disadvantage is that it has no air-conditioning and we arrived in 30C+ heat!

Absolutely fantastic location within 3 minutes walk of the Old Town Main Square. Spacious apartment. Nice bathroom with excellent shower. Great value for money. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Not a dislike, but a notes that by US standards, our apartments 6 and 8 would be in the 3rd floor, I think. My mother was able to make it up the stairs, but it was a surprise that it was a flight of steps more than we all thought.

The apartments are in a perfect location and are excellent. From the time of booking, communication via booking.com was great. Our questions we answered and everyone was helpful. The staff worked with us with our arrival time, which needed up being much later due to train delays. Staff was available to answer questions during our stay. Apartments were clean and well-maintained. Bedding was comfortable. We didn’t cook in the apartments, but they were plenty of basic supplies if we had needed them. I will recommend the property to friends and clients when they travel! I will be back!

No air con, this would normally not be an issue as Krakow doesn't get super hot but we were lucky to stay during a heatwave. There were fans available in each bedroom though which helped massively.

Lovely space, spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. Very good communication before arrival from the host/reception. My favourite was the little balcony overlooking Golebia Street which gave us a fantastic vibe of Krakow Old Town.

We needed to check out very early last day thats why they offered us a breakfast box the day before. That was excellent and exceeded our expectations. They left a lot of toilette papers, tea, coffee which were more than enough! There was douch gel in the shower and the bathroom was very clean. The location was perfect and during the nights it was quiet. The room was a bit too warm but there were 2 vantilators in the room and we used the both. The room and the bathroom were extremely big! Thank you and we definitely recommend it to the other guests!!

The apartment was a few minutes walk from the main square. It was comfortable, large enough for 5 adults and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent before, during and when leaving the apartment.

We loved the old building,nice inside. The towels and bedding were spotless. Next door for breakfast,so much to choose from,beautifully prescented. The staff,well,Kates the one to look out for,couldnt do enough for us, this young lady is worth her weight in gold. The other staff plesant,but Victoria is definitely not a people person. My friend and i are definitely going back next year,and if possible would like the same room.

The excellent location means that you are close to the nightlife on a Friday and Saturday night, which can be heard in the apartment… but earplugs were provided and these did the job and with these in I had a really good nights sleep.

The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Anna (our host) was a superstar and nothing was ever too much trouble. From making sure we got to our excursion pick up, to sorting us out a local transport at a fixed price, just awesome service throughout our stay.
