If only there is a dryer besides the washing machine. Had problem drying the clothes.

The location was off the old town square but yet near enough to walk around the old town. The apartment is cosy and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen despite of the small size.

The room I had was large, airy, with a balcony. The bathroom was huge. Everything was super clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

The supply of toiletries for short term stays should be mandatory. It needs extra power points in the kitchenette- had to move the microwave to plug it into power.

Being inside the fortress walls made exploring the old town really easy. There were numerous restaurants/cafes within 100 metres of the apartment. After a couple of hours exploring the fortress it was welcoming to go back to the apartment for a coffee and rest short rest.

It was all PERFECT

Perfect location, not far from Main Square PLUS on a quiet street both night and day. Clean and roomy. So Comfy beds, slept like a log but also walked alot so that could be reason. Reception staff really helpful. Collected keys and then given map to apartment, 5 min walk away. Lovely hot shower any time of day. They also arranged taxis and were helpful and refilled shower gel when requested. Really have No negative comments on Apartment and staff. PERFECT

There wasn't any parking super close to the apartment. However, it was only an 8 minute walk for one of the recommended parking lots. I wish we could have parked closer, but I totally understand parking inside the historic area of the city.

The location was ideal for wandering into the old square. It was also close to tram stops, food, and shopping. Outside of our window was a really lovely view of an inner courtyard. The apartment itself was very boutique and chic, but comfortable. Everything we needed was provided.

Notthing, Krakow is beautiful, full of history and the people are nice.

I like the little apartment we rented, everything was good, clean and nice staff. Great location, quiet in evening since the apartment is in the back with beautiful little garden, short walk to coffehouse and restaurant

We were placed on the top floor, many stairs to reach the apartment, 73 stairs at total. In addition, it is not possible to sleep with an open window, there is a pub right below the apartment and a lot of noise until the little hours of the night

Main building and staircase was a bit smelly as there's a restaurant next door but apartment was not affected.

2nd time staying with antique apartments. Best equipped apartments I have ever stayed in. Will definitely use again

The stairs are slippery unless I wear shoes to walk up/down them.

The reception to collect the keys was easy to find with only a short walk to the apartment itself. The location of the apartment was spot on at only a 5 minute walk to the square. The apartment was clean, and big enough for two for a short weekend. The reception staff were extremely helpful when we posted the keys after checking out only to realise we had left our passports in the apartment 🙈 Overall and amazing stay - we will be back.

It was all really good, especially for the price paid. If I may suggest an improvement, a dishwasher would be good to have.

Very good location in central Krakow, right next to old town, shops, restaurants, theater! Great for a family stay. Clear markings in the staircase showing the way to the apartment.

It was quite difficult to get a suitcase up all of the stairs to the apartment as there is no lift

The studio apartment had everything we could possibly need for a short break and was in Golebia 4 (14). It was literally 2 mins walk from the main square in the Old Town. Couldn't have been closer to the Christmas markets. It was exactly as shown on the photos! The perfect place to stay - would definitely stay again if we are ever in Krakow.
