It's a great modern place with a very diverse breakfast. Also, it has a great SPA zone.

The pillows were too soft for me. The air conditioning was a little strange and was partially controlled from the reception area. I could not get a cool temperature with a low fan setting.

The breakfast provided at the Ambasador Premium adjacent had an enormous range of good quality choices. The evening meal which I had in the same restaurant was also very enjoyable. The bathroom and shower were well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for tram stops although the road was a race track. I was fortunate to have a room at the rear of the hotel. Tea making facilities in the room was a pleasant surprise. Staff were helpful.

Some strange equipment choices (e.g. SPA locker keys, kids were unable to use showere in SPA) that put modernism over practicality.

Very good breakfast with lots of healthy choices. A nice swimming pool.

Attention to detail. I do not request much but if a booking is for 4 persons, and the standard room is for 3 people, assuming that the small child is sleeping with parents, I expect to find an extra pillow at least in the closet the same as an extra towel. This is a marketing textbook example about treating clients as cash flow.

The hotel is well-located, has a (paid) parking place underground, swimming pool is an advantage when staying with children, breakfast was nice.

The smell of the room, the bathroom wasn’t clean and the room was old fashion. Parking cost extra money.

Rooms are a bit dated in the Centrum part, but one can always book Premium to have more modern room and the same facilities

I have some friends come to find me at the hotel and the staff told me I wasn't checked in. But I was. I lost a whole day of visiting and wasted their time!

Everything was comfortable. The location is great --- near sites and trains (taxi needed for train, but all close).

It was a long way to go to breakfast, as the breakfast area is in another building.

The breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose at any taste. The room is well equipped with furniture and mirrors that I appreciate a lot. The bed was really comfortable. I used the hotel parking, though you have to pay for it.

There were no chicken or beef sausages or salami for breakfast (only pork).

The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious. It is within walking distance to the shopping centre Gazela, fairly close to Piotrkowska Street, and the tram was close. There was a variety of bread, cakes, salads, eggs, meats, cereals, and juices for breakfast.

The free wifi was a bit unstable from our corner room, but this is not a big problem, The wifi was stronger in the second room and in the breakfast restaurant.

The pool was very nice and never too busy (at least during my stay) The room was lovely with a view of the city, which was a bonus. We could watch the sunrise and set. It was also extra large with a separate room with table, chairs, fridge. This was nice since my husband likes to read late and I tend to go to sleep early. Breakfast had a very wide selection, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as eggs, sausages, bacon, cereals etc. The coffee machines made good, strong coffee-:)

The hotel is actually two hotels that are connected, we stayed on room away from the premium hotel, but it was a long walk around for us to get to the breakfast hall as we could not use the elevators due to it being a different hotel than ours.

The room was spacious, the breakfast had a big selection and they had gluten-free bread on demand. The bed was comfortable and the pool was lovely.
