The room had seepage in it. Given the price of the room I was expecting a more cleaner and a well maintained room. Also the sofas were stained too.

They had normal TVs instead of Smart so couldn’t able to watch Netflix. The other thing is there should be a board or something written outside to identify the property but there were nothing so we had some difficulties to find it.

The property were well designed and the bed was pretty comfortable.

There were baby cockroaches in the room Despite notifying and aligning late check out and myself asking to pay half the room rate till 8pm the hotel after aligning the same asked to vacate by 6 pm.

The rooms need to be modernised. Need to work on the lights, to dull. Need to upgrade the electric points so you can use USB chargers for phones. Breakfast can be improved. Owners need to spend some money and get this great hotel back to 4* and compete with other big hotels...

The cleanliness. Some rooms are quite disgusting and there is an off smell in the hallway, despite the copious amounts of air freshener. Also parking is an issue but they have valet parking, however, I would have preferred a more open parking situation.

I liked that the staff was so accommodating and efficient. They catered to our needs tirelessly and efficiently. Also 24/7 room service is a huge plus point. The location is also in central Lahore so everything was quite close by.

Hotels in this part of the world really should not have carpets. They hold a lot of sand and dust, and you can feel it. My advice is to request rooms with the nice tiled floors.

Good location, early and quick check in. Driver available at very good rates. Rooms good size. Service at the breakfast was good. Staff met special requests quite promptly.

Be warned that parking inside is limited and the street outside the hotel is full of potholes. The spa was booked fully the next day and they didn't inform me at the check in. I thought I'd be able to plan a complete spa day but that did not happen. Additionally, the pool was being cleaned the next day after a storm overnight. Unfortunately, the water was still murky after a few hours of cleaning and it was still only semi clean with brown areas. So was robbed of a pleasant dip also! So if you're travelling and selected this place for the spa experience or the pool, I would advise caution. Also, the bathrooms are clean but the showers do have mold here and there. Otherwise the rooms are really comfy and clean.

The room itself was very clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast menu and quality of food was also great!
