I arrived from the airport at 4 am on my first visit. I was turned away by reception even though I had a booking for that evening. A temporary room would have been welcome.

I liked all of the staff. The breakfast was excellent especially as fresh fruit was prepared in front of the guest. The piano music in the lobby was a treat. There was a nice atmosphere in the lobby area. Security was good and the security staff were very pleasant.

Slightly limited capacity in the lobby area for meeting friends and colleagues. The cafe area was often full and there was very limited other seating. Would be great if they could create an outdoor garden area to enjoy. But these are very minor points and suggestions.

Very pleasant work visit - everything is done to a very hight standard. Breakfast was choice was vast and delicious. I hate in three of the onsite restaurants and they were all very good as well. Even had a trim in the barber shop and the service was friendly and impeccable. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was noisy!! The noise was at random hours even though our room was not next to the lift. Water came out of the shower area into the bathroom each time. The door needs re-alignment.

The executive lounge; the first day I went in there was a musky smell, however, on subsequent occasions it was okay. The food was not as varied as other hotels. There was a lot sweet versus savory

Room (and bathroom) was smaller than I expected, and a little tired. Could have done with refresh.

Large hotel, with many facilities. Room was good, large choice of TV channels, and selection of soft drinks in fridge. Choice of restaurants, we used the Japanese restaurant..nice ambiance, seating area, and food was good. Lots of space in the comunal areas to walk and lookd around. Breakfast was good.

You have to leave the car and walk through the outdoors corridors to check in and also check out. That could be improved somewhat.

The hotel is at a great location. Breakfast was good with a large variety. The rooms are spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Check in and out was quick and easy.

The brand, location & the consideration to fulfill my request by Front office staff. Special Thanks to Ms. Areej for her courtesy in giving me few more extra hours to Enjoy the hotel. The payment system was awful with payments taken in advance despite the option to pay at property. I was then charged extra which was refunded at checkout.

They moved us from smoking rooms to non-smoking rooms after I requested it as I did not book smoking rooms.

The rooms and facilities at the hotel are top-notch. Variety of restaurants all serving great choice of cuisines, some of them are the best in town. Safe and staff is very helpful

arrival & welcome process at the main entrance can be significantly improved, Cars can't enter the hotel (with customer driving), Valet parking takes it from you at the main gate, however, if it's raining & you have luggage, as it was in my case, well you get wet cause there is very limited shade in the main entrance area, Yes, concierge is available at the front as well but my luggage and I both got somewhat wet by the time we could enter the hotel lobby. Not the south Asian 4 star experience. Room keys kept getting deactivated, even though there was no cell phone close by.

Room was decently 4 star hotel level, Breakfast area and options, pretty good, courteous and efficient staff, easily made 1.5 hour late check-out, Will defiantly visit them again, good folks at this Marriott, may also look at other options at times when visiting Isb.

Too much noise kept coming from the room above me which went on late into the night, disturbing sleep and causing nuisance. Noises included sound of furniture being dragged across the floor, kids running around making nosies and guests thumping the floor when walking without any care about the residents below. This was reported to the reception twice and on third occasion I got moved into a different room. As a paid guest staying in a top hotel I didn't think that I should be subjected to that sort of inconvenience. The management must take steps to rectify this problem otherwise I'll be staying somewhere else next time.

Considering Marriott I was expecting more facilities, restaurant I tried was worse I had, forgot the name of restaurant but It was the one where they serve complimentary breakfast

Breakfast was poor. Omelette and Paratha were well below standards. Turkey bacon was advertised but never available. On the left side of the bed the plug didn’t work.

Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Give all the staff a big raise. I have travelled to a few countries. The staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in has never been as polite and helpful then the staff of this hotel.
