Minor point but limited choice of TV channels. Some items served at breakfast were left over from he previous evening e.g. mushroom soup, not really a breakfast food.

The location is perfect, especially after a long haul flight. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Any request made was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Old hotel, can smell damp carpets on the corridor. Always takes 20 minutes for the restaurant to serve your order. Even the simpliest fried egg on toast took ages.

It’s old but totally adequate for a good sleep. We were upgraded upon arrival and then we needed to stay an additional night and they wanted us to move out of the room. When we debated this they let it go. 12pm checkout was great given our flight was 2.55pm but we started receiving calls to the room asking what time we were departing from 11am. Not sure why we were being asked this an hour before the departure time.

Good location as we needed to be close to airport and price through Booking.com made it value.

The lobby is not that cool. Air conditioning is not that good. And wifi is not strong at the lobby. But the staff is great!! So it is still great!

Nice location if you want stress free travelling to airport! For example the day before departure!

Nothing to not like. The hotel is value for money and the staff are very helpful.

Very close to the airport, just a short stroll to catch our flight the next day. It makes travelling a lot less stressful being able to relax and get to the airport without a rush.

Food and drinks were pricey but as an Airport Hotel that is to be expected and there is a charge for bringing in your own .....so maybe smuggling in your contraband is the best advice 😀

Fab pool and very comfortable rooms with a big bathroom, storage and lots of TV choices. It is an Airport Hotel and thus a great location for a layover. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free drop off at the terminals. Very clean and great facilities. 6th and 7th floors are being refurbished at this time.

I wish the guard on duty was more helpful in opening the door when I rush for my morning flight.

Waterfront Airport hotel is just opposite to Terminal 1 for domestic flightd and 5 minutes walk from Terminal 2 (International Flights). They had a free shuttle service for pickup snd send off to Terminals. The room is old but must have went for a good renovation which is fine. The double bed room is quite capacious with standard amenities. The bed is so comfortable that send me to dreamland in no time which I really need coming from an international flight. The comfort room had toilet with bidet and bath tub. The staffs are friendly and accommodating.

The one restaurant within the property needs to carry IPA beer and change up their menus from day to day. Same options for 10 days gets old. The buffets were very good…

We visited Cebu in April 2024, during the peak of summer, in the middle of a dry spell, so it was extremely hot. Upon checking in, we took a nap before meeting our friends for dinner. I woke up sweating because, to my surprise, the aircon was set to 24 degrees C. We also couldn't adjust the temperature since the aircon is apparently centralized. It was a bit of an issue in the afternoon, but when we slept in the evening, it was a bit cooler at around 21/20.

Waterfront, to me, is a Cebu classic. I particularly booked this hotel because our flight on our last day was at 8am, and I wanted a hotel close to the airport for my mom's comfort and convenience. The rooms had the typical 1980s Filipino-style room design, with the rattan furniture and dark wood frames. What I like most about our room is that, despite its location in front of the airport, we didn't hear any airplanes throughout our stay. We spent most of our overnight stay outside of the hotel to meet with friends, so I can't really comment on anything else aside from the room.

I liked everything.

Location is very convenient - right next to the airport. We were transiting from Cebu to another city. The staff- very helpful, friendly, acommodating. Service was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable.

WiFi is only available in reception. No international plug sockets and staff couldn’t provide a plug adaptor (in an airport hotel?!) Pricy for what it is - you are paying for location and convenience.

The location is directly opposite the domestic terminal and a short walk to the international terminal. Although the hotel is very dated in appearance (and currently being refurbished), everything was clean and functional.
