Water damage and molding around the bathroom room both inside and outside. AC unit is old and makes lots of noise (ballbearings gone bad), which is irritating when it's right next to the bed. Water pressure is too high in the shower so the shower handle keeps flying off from the holder. They should maybe install water pressure limiters.

We were asked to check out at an earlier time. We needed to rush to check out because the staff needed to prepare the room for the next guest. The place was great but our stay would have been perfect if not for the check out issues.

Things like furniture are not the same as in the picture, totally different, its old style, and there is no futon bed, it's actually a normal sofa. Other then that its clean and all good , 3 stars.

"Earlier check in and later check out are generally allowed IF there are no earlier booking or new booking" Keep that in mind if you come early from the airport, I had to wait till 2pm to room to be ready. Normal check in time is 3pm.

Bedsheets needs to be up graded for a better quality and tone or design. Lounge arrangement is not functional. Maybe remove the decorative shelve for more lounge space.

Gramercy staffs and rules doesn’t makes sense. I was with my 6 mos old baby and my mom that is already tired. My baby wanted to lay down but the check I’m was 3pm so we had to wait in the lobby and that’s totally fine.what is not good about it is that for couple of times they approached me saying we cannot put down the baby. Etc. On staff said the policy is very strict and they were sorry. But how strict if everyday I can see random sex workers going in and out of the property? Ridiculous.

Rooms don't match the photos. You are assigned a random room. That sucks because I booked a room based on the photos and was expecting a decent table for my laptop but didn't get it. The photos also had a convertible couch but instead we got a regular sofa and an inch-thick shitty mattress. Good night. The bed is too small for the whole family to sleep in so proper additional bedding is a must. The GOTOPHI staff were useless. We wasted the first day of the booking because these fool were arguing with me over something so trivial as an extra keycard (only one keycard provided even if you book for three adults). We are a family of two adults and a toddler and must be able to go out independently. Then they finally got me the card but never informed us, so I had to tell my wife that they cannot check-in on the first day because my own flight got delayed into the late night. They are also unable to serve the guests with all required information from the get-go, and instead you end up messaging back and forth for the whole duration of the stay. Finally they emailed me during the final night, that we had to leave an extra cash payment inside the room for the keycard upon check-out. I am on a vacation and don't read my emails, so I missed that. One of the ceiling-mounted lights had fallen off in the BATHROOM and that's an extreme fire hazard.

The building in itself is modern and very good. Lobby staff were professional. Incredible view from the balcony.

I wouldnt say the downstairs sofa should be considered a bed as even for my small children it was extremely small and didn't even reach their feet. It's a loft bedroom that sleeps 2, the downstairs sofa bed isn't really appropriate for anyone over 6 years old. There's no way an adult would sleep on that or fit on it.

Location was right in Makati and while this is a busy part of town there's a mall literally next door as well as grocery and plenty of restaurants and spas. Pool and gym were nice.

My only complaint of the room were the stairs leading to the bedroom/bathroom. There were a lot of stairs and the stair well was very steep. I would not recommend this room for someone who is not stable on their feet.

My partner and I stayed for 7 nights and overall we were quite satisfied with our stay. Prior to check-in, staff were very helpful to ensure a smooth check-in ... as my partner arrived a day earlier. Once at the facility, the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The common areas were very clean as was the room we stayed. The value was slightly more than I anticipated but still a good deal. Location was pretty good as most things that we required were reasonably close.

We got in the hot water was not working, think that should be checked before we moved in. Especially for longer guest if they could come in sometimes to replace sheets and provide new toilet rolls as I stayed there for more then two weeks so even thought I changed rooms 3 times. Other wise the host is really nice, they are quick to respond if you have any questions. The other good thing also were the staff at the concierge, they were very helpful in arranging taxi and responding to other questions.

There is no place to wash and dry your laundry so it would be nice if you had your own laundry room with washing machine and dryer so visitors can put coins inside and do their own laundry.

The 1st room has pest control issues. We requested to be transferred after discovering it. It was accommodated but the room where we transferred to has pest control issues as well. We cannot do the treatment because of the babies. We did our own spraying during the duration of our stay which is almost a month.
