The bathroom could be a bit better maintained and the bedding was a bit smelly. Probably because of the humidity. Also, the room was relatively smaller than other hotel rooms in Makati.

This was my 2nd time staying here. Same likes such as the accessibility to a lot of resto’s, fast-food and stores. Comfortable bed, spacious pool area and kind staff. This hotel has been my favorite in Makati 🥰

Because it is located just next to a busy street, the traffic noise is heard all the time from inside the room. I don't really mind the noise though, but maybe some people will feel uncomfortable with the noise.

All the staff, from reception to cleaners and security, were friendly. Gene cleaned my room many times in a professional and fast way. All the reception were friendly and helpful. I do recomend the hotel.

The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and had a wonderful scent, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. However, I found the breakfast to be a significant letdown. While the freshly cooked omelette was great, the rest of the offerings were stale and lacked variety. Given the quality, I wouldn’t have expected to pay more than $10 for the breakfast, especially considering the limited options. The hotel’s central location is convenient, but I found the surrounding area to be quite busy and not very clean. I appreciated the nearby fast-food options, but I was disappointed by the difficulty in finding local markets. It would have been nice to support local businesses rather than being directed to high-end shopping centers. Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel, but these areas could use some improvement

While I thoroughly enjoyed the freshly cooked omelette, I found the overall breakfast offerings to be lacking. There was no orange juice available, and the only drink options were water and percolated coffee. I believe that having at least orange juice would enhance the experience for guests. Additionally, the toast options were disappointing. The stale bread served was not ideal, and the toaster oven appeared quite dirty and barely functional. I appreciate the effort that goes into preparing meals, but a few improvements in beverage choices and the quality of the toast would make a significant difference.

Room was bit small and there wasnt place to put your clothes and stuff. Location was fine and area was nice but I think wherever you wanted to go you had to take taxi. Although it was cheap it wasn’t so easy to catch.

There were a lot of good restaurants around the hotel. Swimming pool was shallow but nice. Breakfast was ok. It was excellent that you could fill your water bottles for free.

The noise of traffic, which disturbed our sleep frequently. I would think that extra thick or double glazing would go a long way to resolving this problem.

The room was modern, spacious, tastefully furnished. A large comfortable bed and easy access to electrical sockets. A good sized bathroom with a good shower. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to local attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and nice.

Really comfortable and super clean room. I have stayed in many hotels during my stay at the Philippines and this hotel is where I felt most comfortable and clean. Very similar to EU hotel standards, I highly recommend.
