The internet signal in my room was average. Usually good but sometimes slow.

Nice room in down town Makati, surrounded by many eateries and pubs. The staff were excellent. Both the desk and security guys. The room was clean and the water from it was drinkable.

The room was very noisy, you can hear the ongoing traffic day and night. The wifi was very unstable, not suitable for business meetings.

The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and clean. It looks like the pictures. The location is also good, not too far from the business area, with good restaurants within walking distance (~ 10 minutes).

Soundproofing, could hear everything going on in the corridors. Pool was small and very shallow, not that suitable for doing laps, more like a paddling pool for children. Was a rooftop pool, but during the day it was scorching and exposed. Some shade would improve this.

Convenient location, close to amenities, not far from airport. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

I recently stayed at a centrally located hotel in the Makati area of Manila, just 20 minutes from the airport. Every time I visit Manila, I choose this hotel, and it is 100% recommendable. The hotel is new and modern, offering large and comfortable rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any needs. Their warm hospitality makes the stay even more enjoyable. The convenience of the location, combined with the exceptional service and comfortable accommodations, makes this hotel my top choice in Manila. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

-Clean and renovated - staff is very profesional and helpful, thank you Clara for all your support during our stay, it was cherry on top of our travels around Philipines - location, when staying in Manila you want to have hotel in Makati, its the best area to stay. In close distance from the hotel are many food chains and options where to eat - hotel has small outside pool and gym, both are very convenient

toilet seat is broken (at least loose) Drian in toilet floor is not positiined properly because water didnt drain well. The buffet brekky is not good at all. It should only specify that it is only one meal per guest.

The hotel was incredibly clean and modern! Extremely great value for money and the staff were extremely helpful at all times! I needed to get some clothes cleaned just before a wedding and they went out of their way to ensure everything was ready. I can’t thank the staff enough for their help with everything needed. The hotel also has security outside who are extremely friendly and helpful too!

The room was really clean and the bed very comfortable. In room they have tea/coffee/kettle. Toiletries such as toothbrush, vanity kit, shower cap. Shower has shampoo/conditioner and shower gel on the wall. Clean fresh towels. We only stayed 2 nights with breakfast included. You eat at the restaurant that is inside the hotel, just one floor above reception. They give you a choice of 5 or 6 different meals with tea or coffee. It is not a buffet but was freshly cooked and a very substantial meal all the same. They did have a buffet style table set up with fruit, breads and water for you to help yourself. If you order more food or drinks such as coffee they will charge you. We also ate dinner at the restaurant. It was very nice and affordable prices. To the left as you step outside has a chemist next door, a KFC, a McDonald’s, a Jollibee and if you look across the road you will see a 7eleven. Next to the 7eleven was a bank/money exchange. We found it to be quiet inside the hotel with very little noise heard from the traffic outside. We slept peacefully. The staff were very kind and attentive. Upon checkout the lovely lady at reception called a Grab for us to the airport. Overall we had a really pleasant stay.

The music at the Pool was really too loud .

The staff was super friendly and ready to help you. We loved the rooftopterrace with amazing views! Very comfortable room. We stayed at the hotel twice. The first time we had a room with a connecting door to the next room and we had so much noise from the neighbours even in the middle of the night. And the second time we got a superquiet room on a corner which was perfect!!

Internet wasn't that great in the room. It would be connected but nothing would load at times.

We booked two rooms, one room has toilet tank leaking problem, another one bathroom drain hole clogged by hair. Shower water flow was small. Window soundproofing is not well.

Location is very good. Near by KFC, Macdonald's, jollibee, SM hypermart, korea bbq Stuff is very friendly. Water dispenser proverded. The mattress is very comfortable.
