Not as close to the beach as we thought it was. Staff inexperienced for such an expensive and luxurious environment. Breakfast definitely needs an improvement, as it was always the same and with poor selection of seasonal and local fruits. Missing hangers in the bathroom for towels.

Paradisiac environment, garden, and spacious and bright room with amazing view on the garden. Amazing garden and pool area to enjoy your stay in the shade and have a nice swim. Easy enough to reach the town centre with a tuktuk, and close to other beaches. Huge mart TV, luckily open to access your Netflix account and other apps. High-speed internet connection, good enough to stream content as well. If you rent a car you have an enclosed parking space.

The air conditioner didn’t work very well for the room on second floor. Waiting too long to be cold enough while it got cold very soon on the first floor. (maybe it is because the second floor is the top floor and exposed to the direct sunlight?)

Everything was wonderful

What beautiful accommodation, the rooms are so comfortable, stylish and huge, the shower is Devine and the outdoor pool and area is setup so you can enjoy your stay. The photos don’t do it justice. To make this even better the staff were so friendly and helpful, always able to get us a tuk tuk if going into town or a restaurant. We are at the end of three weeks in Phillipines and I would say without a doubt this was our favourite accommodation, I would stay again and I would highly recommend.

Great location between Alona and Tagbilaran, in a very quiet area close to one of the main roads, and walking distance to Dumaluan beach. The facilities are very good, spacious room with TV and balcony, well maintained swimming pool open until 10pm. Staff very kind and helpful. Good, simple breakfast

boss is nice but the room is not as clean as our first one.Moreover it is a little bit noisy in the morning not as quiet as our first hotel.room is huge and beautiful.if they could focus on the details of cleaning that would be great.on the way to beach there r some dogs barking at us.for kids it is quite scary .

Beautiful, new and very well-kept place. The owners and employees are very nice and helpful. Great location in a very quiet area. There is a shop nearby and it takes a few minutes to get to Alona Beach. The rooms are very spacious, clean and finished in a very cozy style

The receptionist didn't seem to know much about how to get around or just answer simple questions that you could get from a hotel receptionist. For example, we'd ask how much or how to get a ride to the boat terminal and she was just shrug and not be able to give us a range or how. There was someone we dealt with at one point that seemed to be able to provide the answers but they weren't working the front desk. The person usually working, would just supply us with the book but there were things we wanted to do without a tour and was looking for some local guidance. We ended up googling and researching information but just would have been nice since they market themselves as higher end. The location is tucked away and quiet from the main strip near Along Beach in Panglao. You can easily get a ride to Alona beach and you can walk to other beaches (not as nice as Alona). But there isnt much ameneties near by like a grocery store or many restaurants. The grocery store close by had a lot of ants in the fresh food. If you want to do more of the activities like river rides, monkeys, chocolate hills --those are 40 mins away in which you'd need a scooter or taxi which can add up. If you want to be very active, then best to day on the main island and not on Panglao. If you want trendy and luxury beach then Panglao may be better with all the resorts.

The place ia full of nature and the pool is amazing. Is great if you want cook by yourself since they have a full equipped kitchen. Also laundry is free of charge if you just buy detergent. Be prepared to encounter a lot of geckos and some insects but this is normal. We had an issue in the morning we left with the transfer and the owner woke the driver up and he took us to the port which was amazing and we really appreciate that.

There were not a lot of restaurant options around. I recommend a Scooter to get around. We actually liked that because the main tourist spot seemed really crowded and annoying. Just something to be aware of. The food Store around the corner was super helpful for Snacks and Drinks.

The place is big with a great bathroom. The bed is enormous and comfy. I really liked the styling of the flat and garden. The AC was sufficiently and the building for once kept the cold air in even after you turned it off.

Breakfast was absolutely basic. For the second day, we bought food from the green grocers at the top of the road - they even cut it for us.

Beautiful property and room very nicely designed. Decent 15 minutes bike ride from town. The staff can help organize Tuk Tuk and motorbikes as needed. There is a kitchen available for use.

Everything, perfect little hideaway in paradise. Short walk from the beach and a quick bike from the main town. Huge room and very helpful, friendly staff!
