Unfortunately, the beach in front of the resort is a bit dirty and has lots of rotting seaweed.

The place is very clean tidy and neat. The rooms are quite private and very spacious. The resort gardens are ver lovely.

Water pressure was a little on the weak side.

The location situate right in front of the beach so we are able to enjoy our evening/ late night swim. The staff were amazing. No request was too much. Very helpful, polite and friendly. The communication through what’s app messenger was amazing.

We loved this place, we rented the villa which was huge for two people. Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful tropical gardens, an almost private beach just 5 - 10m from the front gate, perfect.

It was nice they provide musquito repellant and ear plugs. Sometimes the neighbour resort did karaoke, but it was always quit after midnight.

Beautiful location and the huts were so nice! We loved the bathroom (I think they have been renovated) and the daily cleaning was super. Very friendly staff and you can rent cheap motorbike

We were there in rain season so we had SO many bugs that would get in the villa even though we kept the Doors closed. Luckily we had a mosquito net to sleep under :-) Also if we had to mention something, the bathroom and shower are a little old. But these are very small things and overall the place is really great!

Such a calm place by a beautiful beach. Staff is amazing and we loved the sweet dogs living around the place. Location is perfect in Malinao village and you only have a 10 minute scooter ride to General Luna. There is an okay restaurant right next to the hotel if you dont want to cook but stay close to the hotel.

It was quite loud, there were karaoke parties nearby all the time, dogs were barking/howling in the middle of the night, roosters were crowing in the morning, neighbors turned the music on, boats were leaving from the beach in the morning ...

The bungalow was very nice with a small porch and a large bathroom. The outdoor kitchen was really convenient for having breakfast without having to go to General Luna. The beach was amazing for taking long walks (swimming not so much). Scooter rental was easy. Airport Transfer was good.

There’s a terrible smell in the shower we believe its coming from the drainage. Lots of mosquitoes but off lotion is provided.

Low pressure in the shower. And the dogs were cute, but at night they would hang out on my porch and howl which was pretty annoying.

I loved my little bungalow! Beautiful and right next to the beach. The staff was really nice and helpful. Perfect if you want a getaway. I recommend asking the staff to rent a scooter to go on trips around the island. It’s very easy to drive here! I also see reviews complaining about how there’s no restaurant, but the resort next door has a nice restaurant with good prices.

It is not very close to town but that’s why the beach is so private and perfect.

The beach in front of the property was our favorite beach in all of Siargao. Every morning we would walk just a few steps from the bungalow to the water and had the entire beach to ourselves. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed playing with the dogs on the property.

My only negative remarks is that there is no rooters for having internet in the rooms. Please no stories of saving us from social media there is many other purpose for needing a connection this days. This is essential in a standing resort as you have, but I am confident Ferra will manage this soon.

Thank all the staff! That makes the difference and this place the best place I have stayed in Philippines. Of course the location is totally perfect: the front white sand beach is so nice everyday, the water is clear when the tide is up and so quiet, the garden in front of the kubo and bungalow look like a dream, all just in from the sea. I needed a special place for building up a special project, I could not choose a better place. 10 days and saw many kinds of travelers, of any ages, all so happy, even a Philippines married couple that was received like in a movie. Thanks Rem welcoming me so early in the morning and open my room (no extra charge), there was nothing that was missing in all my stay, always present, all the information I needed to move out, so kind. Same for Jeffrey who manage this place with her, so gentle & professional, I felt in the good hands with you and thank for the discount for few days extensions! Thanks you both for maintaining, making sure everything was perfect in Ferra. Thanks Jenith, always smiling at the front office, present, beautiful & gentle, also taking so much care of my room. Thank Juliet for cleaning my room, terrace every mornings like perfect. And last thanks to A.J serious & smiling finalizing is studies of hospitality management. Lulu (Stéphane) - location 15 mn of G.Luna, easy, taxi any time or by scouter(they Rent-lower price) - new Air com, towels, beach towel, sheet change on command(please safe energy) - bathroom, mineral water tank, shower product. Unlimited hot water(safe energy) - Ferra as is own generator for power cut - kitchen out & place to eat. Common fridge, tea, coffee, stove, microwave - internet(starlink) best of the island(not at all as Manila of course) - ride come/go airport(lowest price) - like lot the philosophy of Ferra, “not” made to take profit of your money and I really appreciate.
