Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

They provided a spare power adaptor to match my power chord without any problems, treated me well at breakfast, provided info about activities at Boracay upon arrival, looked after my luggage after checkout and prior to pick up from hotel. The room was very good kept cool by reliable air con able to easily access television, documentry and movie channels while resting after completing water activities .

United KingdomPool was being renovated and it was quite noisy. It did need updating but we weren’t aware this was going to be happening. We were also told that we had to pay for a compulsory CNY buffet and we didn’t even want it! We had only just arrived at 9pm and were not hungry. We didn’t pay this but did feel pressured to!

CanadaWhat I don't like is that we are checked in late - at around 15 minutes of waiting. Also, we are told that check-out is at 12nn, but reception called and informed that the room is to be scanned for checking out at 15 minutes before 12nn, which for me is quite ridiculous. Also, we cannot ask for extra towels (aside from 2 towels in the hotel room) if we cannot return the number of towel in the room, quite absurd.
I like that the staff are really accommodating and polite. Also, the location of the hotel is great. I think you can see the pool from all the rooms of the hotel, which is, for me, a bonus.

GermanyProperty was about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and could only be accessed by going down the main road / little alleys. There was a 20 minute wait to be seated for breakfast, rooms were only good for 2 and charged extra for a child to stay. Deposit takes up to 7 business days to be refunded !
It’s a beautiful resort and well maintained. staff were very attentive and accomodating. Breakfast was excellent.

New ZealandNothing much, just some minor maintenance around the swimming pool stairs due to age and some smoke in the afternoon from the neighbouring property (it’s common for some households to burn leaves/twigs in their backyard).
Loved the layout, the rooms are excellent and the beds very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the happy hour drinks. The staff were all very hospitable and the level of experience is of the standard expected for the Henann group resorts. The nightly entertainment with live singers was a highlight but understandably not for everyone especially with young children as you can hear the (lovely) music in your rooms closest to the bar.

United KingdomSome guests absolutely slam doors because they're idiots and don't know how to close a door properly, this is not really the hotels fault though. Got a few ants in my bathroom but what do you expect it's on a small island. These are not major issues the hotel is very good :)
Some of these reviews are so fussy the hotel is spot on, clean comfortable, good location, these people are so lazy everything is walking distance if not get a tricycle. Pool and swim up bar are really good. Best night sleep I've had in Philippines.
