Bed was harder than I am used to but I understand that you need to get as much life from them as you can.

Breakfast was great. Gerald at the swim up bar was excellent in remembering my drinks, funny and good to talk with. Also of mention would be Philip and Joseph the pool attendants. Always welcomed me by name and asked how my day was. Great hotel with great staff.

Guests coming and going from their room during the night were noisy and disturbing for other guests.

An average breakfast. The beach is fantastic and the Premier room is spacious.

The Pool and Pool Bar closes early. The breakfast selection are confusing. The food that was serve in breakfast is supposed to be serve at lunch.

no in house spa area; they only have room service or beside the pool for massages etc. where a lot of people are present personal preference: some of the food are on the sweeter side maybe it is to cater to filipino palate

- Outdated bathroom - Cannot bring food from outside - Lift was not working when we were there. - Fridge was not on when we were there. - Channels on TV do not correspond to the ones on the list.

- We loved the room because we are 4 and most of the hotels I found do not have the quad room that Hennan Lagoon offers. The room was very spacious with 1 big full double bed and 3 single beds. Definitely perfect for families and groups. - location is very good. A short walk to the beach, d'mall and bus stop. - Fantastic huge lagoon swimming pool - pool bar - staff and service - good selection of dishes for buffet breakfast. Foreigners would probably find few healthy bread options.

Rooms aren’t soundproof. You can pretty much hear noises from the outside. My room is facing pool view so can hear people shouting from the pool. There was maintenance (drilling and hammering sounds) in the morning so if you’re planning to sleep and stay in, definitely a nuisance. I commend the staff tho for addressing it quickly when I raised it but then after maybe 2 hrs, noise came back haha so I just went out bc I couldn’t sleep in peace. There should be an FYI prior to booking for any maintenance/construction works due to noises.

I like the breakfast buffet, there’s variation. The staff are very nice and greets you every time, very accommodating as well. The room is also nice, I have everything I needed

Everything was wonderful.. Breakfast - a full buffet with lots of choices. Great view sitting outside along the pool. Staff were expectional - friendly and willing to help.

The pool was a bit cold for me :-( Breakfast could have had more healthy options but it was not bad.

We loooooved our direct access to the pool - we chilled on our terrace whilst our little man swam around us :-) The food in the hotel restaurant was pretty good (we especially liked their pizzas) and reasonably priced. The happy our for drinks was awesome. We enjoyed daily live singing in the evenings. Location is great - super quiet but a few mins walk to the beach/restaurants/shops. We did an island hopping tour through the hotel and it was great - they even gave us a wet bag for our towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was specious and clean. Aircon and wifi good.

I don’t like the internet service at all was very bad also the breakfast was so so bad I don’t recommend it at all to include your breakfast when you stay

Although water is provided in the foyer it would have been ideal if it was individually bottled for ease .

The room was fantastic and room with a full size bath. The pool and the pool bar was also great to sit around after a full day exploring. In house massage and body scrub services were awesome.

everything involving reception staff was hard, took bond but couldn’t use that to pay towards room charges so you pay again before getting refunded. they also for some weird reason send you to another room to have breakfast on your first morning which is far worse than the main, then tried to put us in there again the other 2 nights. lengthly room inspection at end of stag

İt is about a 7-minute walk to the beach. İ was not a problem for our group, though.
