Room's wha's noisy because the construction off the building let the doors's banging all the time. It Was not possible too swim in the swimingpool because the pool is not deep.

Nothing to not like, A free shuttle bus to town would have been really good. Tiles around the wet bar (Pool Area) were sharp I cut my knee a few times.

The staff were awesome & the entertainment was pretty good. You need to create a social vibe to get more people to enjoy the entertainment & food at the hotel, as some of the food we tried at other venues was well below expectations. Food at the hotel was excellent & the service was really good, staff excelled in trying to please us and other hotel patrons.

The place has a great atmosphere with the swimming pools between the buildings, resembling a lagoon, the room quality was great, the staff very nice and helpful, the breakfast was amazing. The place is 7-8 min walk to the beach and the beach is fantastic.

The property is really beautiful and nice. The staff are friendly and courteous. They offered us to upgrade for pool access and we love it. The breakfast buffets were good but fell short of some traditional Filipino silogs.

The hotel experience was marked by noise and busyness, especially at the restaurant in the morning. Fortunately, our room was located in a quiet area, and his noise didn't bother us.

It is a nice, decent hotel, worth its money. Clean, with a good location (not far from the beach) and decent food. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. I wouldn't give it a 5-star rating, though. However, the price is fair.

For a none smoking resort I understand there will be smoking areas but I had ashtray directly outside my room I ask for it to be moved 3 days in a row and yes they moved it but was returned back every morning, until my wife spoke to the reception in Tagalog giving them a solution buy morning our room. That afternoon, It was completely taken away for the remainder of our stay.

The staff went above and beyond made you feel really welcomed, the room was very spacious and well set out.

When they carried out inventory room check, they claimed to have said we took towels and whilst inadvertently we had between 5 of us packed along with our own white towel products,belonging to us, they still claimed we had more..I was also charged 100 pesos for bon return of my room key card which I found after and they claimed they couldn't refund despite the fact I a had to pay a fee for missing towel items which to this day I stand by we did not take..I don't really think they were in the rooms at the start but for 170 I didn't argue and they didn't deduct 100 for return of my card..it's not the cost obviously more the principal so overall my stay with my family was marred by this on our leaving the hotel, which was overall very enjoyable clean and better than the Hennan resort and spa who were less helpful and fussy over let cards though they were left in the room for power

Breakfast was so-so. PWD discount was not given for a pwd guest, clearly in violation of the Republic Act No. 10754. Not even the VAT was returned by the hotel. Clearly, not a hotel for seniors and PWDs. They make the excuse that since it was booked thru so called OTA (Booking.com), that no discount is allowed. Booking.com even reached out to them but they just ignored and did not provde an answer to the discount issue. Incidental deposit of P6000 for a room for two is way too much.

Beds are comfy, room is very clean, quiet and relaxing. My mom enjoyed soaking in the bathtub, so appreciative of hotel manager/staff who helped my mom, a pwd guest, with her restricted diet. Though Hennan Lagoon is located far from the beachfront, I so appreciated that we were allowed into the Hennan Regency beach bed as long as you had the Hennan towel for identification.

The front desk didnt even explain to me when i check out about the 6,000 deposit using my credit card, on how it will return to me.. but the lobby crew explained to me very well but supposedly will explain by front desk.

Being a swim up pool room, it is obvious that the room has been used a lot and probably could use an upgrade. We had a double bed + single bed room and it was enough for our 2 adult + 2 kids but we only had the one suitcase and large duffle bag. The room would not be able to accommodate another suitcase. The property is 100 meter walk down a side street from the beach. So no room has a beach view but all the rooms have a pool view room. Overall the room and property was great for our short family holiday.

We had a swim up pool room and it was great for the kids. We couldn't get them out of the pool. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Always smiling and happy to help with any queries we had.

The bed was a bit hard and unfortunately we both left with a bit of stiffness in our back. But overall can’t complain ! Breakfast could offer bacon.

Its doesn't have its own beach front. It would be nice if we have welcome pastries with welcome note. The smart lock of our door became faulty but they immediately took action. Our flight back was early, we had to check out before 530am. i hope they have packed us some simple breakfast to bring on the way to the airport.

I love that it has a very big pool. I love that they clean the room regularly. The staff are friendly. Its very convenient to get a ride when you dont want to walk to the beach or when going to other resto or hotels. Love the band that plays every night.

Breakfast have lines, and then we requested for lugaw to take away but they asked us to pay 350.00 pesos, but that's for the baby! The baby paid for the stay and breakfast, he only eat a little then asking us to pay if we want to get a lugaw without anything in it.

The only thing that might need to improve is wifi in the premium room. We got upgraded to premium room, it’s far away from the pool area so we didn’t get any wifi, it made it a bit inconvenient for us. Everything else is great.

I love that the staff is really friendly, helpful & accommodating. The room is nicer than the photos. It was clean and so comfortable. The bed is very soft. The pool, landscape & breakfast buffet were amazing! Love the pool view at night, it looks sooo fancy.
