The property is great for travelers. It has all the essentials and is very clean. What I love the most is the attention to detail by their staff (Jason front desk) We came in early to drop off our bags for storage. We then sat at their lobby figuring out where to go next. Without asking, we were offered bottles of water and wifi password. We had not expected these as we were technically not checked in yet.

The long checklist of items that the staff will check isn't stolen makes you wonder if everything is actually in the room and to double-check it's there upon check-in. But, nothing shady is actually going on there. Probably best to double-check anyway.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and efficient with checking in and checking out. The location is surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants. Easy vehicle drop-off point right next to the elevator that takes you to the lobby. Probably the best experience you can get for the money in Cebu unless you're looking for high-end luxury accommodations.

The bed was hard so there was a bit of a back pain in the morning. The elevator was too small. Since it wasn't high rise, you can hear the taxis and jeepney's honking or just passing by. Also, I wish they have a pick-up and drop-off service.

The location was fantastic! It's within the city center and very close to Fuente Circle. We came from a long and tiring trip so having your rooms on the same floor as reception was a bonus because their elevators were too small to handle all 5 of us + luggage. The bathroom was decent, spacious and with hot shower. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy.

Cons: -Hotel is always full. Hard to book and get a room. -Since the built of the hotel's wall is thin,you can hear banging door noise from the other rooms. But can still tolerate it. -Sometimes wifi is weak. -Small elevator. -We are consist of big persons so the bed was quite small for us.

Repeat Guest. Pros: We super love the Location. There is a lot of restaurant down the hotel. All the things that you need. There is a laundry shop,a nail spa,DIY shop and many more. Nearby robinson mall. What more can you ask for. Very convenient location. -They maintained their cleanliness but kinda dusty floors but it is manageable. -Curtains are not too bright. Yes light can still penetrate but tolerable. -Hot shower working properly. -Cold AC. -Has a dispenser on the hallway where-in you can get free drinking water. -Nice staff. -There is a few parking space.

I feel like its overrated. The price is high compared to other hotels. I don't recommend if you will only sleep for one night. Specially if your arrival is late. They do not accommodate late check out. I have only asked for an hour.

Not all rooms have a fridge, because they don’t have a restaurant i wouldve been nice to have a fridge.

A very nice good hotel at a good location, it’s next to a robinsons mall, 40-50min from the airport and the pier is like 15-20min away. Friendly staff that helps you and is thoughtfull. When you’re a returning guest it gets easier to check-in and they appreciate you coming back. It’s a nice hotel with a good bathroom. Pressure is nice and the rooms are clean. It’s quiet and you can get a good sleep. When you’re staying longer in cebu i would recommend or just need to relax for one night. its a bit more pricey then other hotels but it’s worth it.

Leaking from the ceiling. Good thing my family was in the room and their luggages where on the other corner. However my daughter did slip from the wet floor before we could clean it up. Maintenance did came to check it and no further leakage happened.

The location was central and within the same bldg as the hotel were a few restaurants, a cafe and shop. Staff were friendly and quick to address when an issue arose in the room where my family was.
