We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe booked a 6 bed dorm but ended up in an 8 bed (as they were fully booked over the Easter holidays) . Wasn’t a problem for us as they were same price and when we asked the hosts they offered to move us and were very nice about it!
- the staff were AMAZING. So kind and helpful. Helped us arrange tours and motorbike hire. They made the place! - en-suite shower in dorm but also more toilets and showers outside - small curtain on top bunk as in photo, larger one on bottom bunk. - they offer Filipino style breakfast. good location walkable less than 5 mins to nice breakfast places and 10 mins to the beach / busy area of town - nice lobby area - free water refills - they helped us find a laundry place & dry our washing and we’re just so kind we really felt at home here

The best service ever. Jennette and the staff were so lovely, and they were accommodating with our specific food. They assisted us with the excursions and places where to eat.

PhilippinesI'm sound asleep at 12 am, when the owner came in and started shining a very bright light in My eyes. There are no curtains on the beds, She was in the room about 5 minutes making a bed for someone that was coming. #1 put up curtains #2 prepare the beds in the day don't come in and wake Your customers.
