Staff wasn’t very attentive - we ordered food for lunch and they took 2 hours to serve it and we hadn’t to follow up at least 5 times

Minor feedbacks: The AC in the second room we had was extremely loud. As a migraine sufferer, this was inconvenient. When we arrived, it was smoky in our room. We understand it is very common to burn rubbish here but the smoke lingered in the room for a few hours. The menu at the restaurant is very limited. They offer five options for lunch and dinner. You have to pre order breakfast for the following day which half of it were not available. I think for a growing accommodation like this, you need a fully functioning and skilled people in the kitchen. As a result, we’re often out to eat at other places. You’d have to leave your keys if you wanted your room cleaned which we were not told at the start. We’ve gone for days without our room cleaned. The day before we checked out, there were construction happening above us as they continue to build more rooms and make improvements. It made it difficult to rest during the day which was annoying.

The location was good. It is close to the Lio airport which is why we’ve chosen it. It is also away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. My kids who absolutely love basketball got to play with the local kids too nearby. The street comes to life at night, street food and all. Lio beach is close by (one trike ride) and offers a variety of restaurants. The pool, although unfinished, is still amazing. Rooms were clean and staff are friendly. We loved the vibe of the restaurant area and the garden too.

The restaurant was fairly limited in menu but some nice dishes offered. The music played in the reception was a little too loud and could be heard inside the room from early in the morning, and was the same 10 or so tracks played repeatedly.

Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and lovely pool. About a 30 minute walk to Lio beach tourist precinct with lots of venues by the beach and is a great place to spend a day or two.

Toilet was dirty when we got to the room, door was a pain to lock, TV wasn’t working (they asked if they could fix but that would mean we would leave the room key with them while we were out), you can hear rats moving around through the walls or ceiling.

coctails was not standart it was too soft most of the times. and if you book a boat tour from hotel they charge almost %50 more from the normal price. but staff is take care for everythings like booking bus or renting scooter etc

The location is a little way off the the main road and for the last few metres the road isn't concrete, so it's a bit rough in a tricycle, but other than that, nothing, it was lovely

The fact it's not in El Nido town and is very quiet , peaceful and relaxing. Incredibly helpful staff, spacious, clean room, with great aircon and WI-FI. Excellent food, thanks to a great chef Easy access to Lio beach, which is amazing. Lovely, natural Filipino vibe.

We stayed for 2 nights, and left our key on the reception every time we left the hotel. Although no one came to clean or at least change the towels. The breakfast didn’t have many options.

The amenities were good. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was really nice.

The hotel is located in a very quiet place, basically didn't hear any humming at night, and slept well. The staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of guidance especially when they knew I was traveling alone. The hotel is well equipped, and you can ask for a hair dryer at the front desk. If you are a person who needs a quiet space, it is very suitable for a small residence here.

Cleanliness of the bathroom, and room in general was not perfect upon arrival. Spider webs in corners, dirty toilet etc.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate every wish. Although to some it would be a bad location, for us it was actually better than being closer to downtown El Nido. It’s 10 m ride to downtown, 4 min to Lio beach and airport. Nacpan beach around 20-25 min.

Upon arrival, first room was not cleaned to standard. But was provided an alternative. Which was a lot better. No food at lunch and dinner. Had to order take away a lot.

Marc is the best guy who knows how to take care of every thing, despite the lack of availability of food and drinks during the arrival of guests. He took care of us providing alternative way of meeting our needs like food deliveries, and additional information about el nido.

Did not like how the rails on the stairs are not open as plants are covering it so it’s hard if you are not completely able to get up and down the stairs. TV was not functioning.

The staff was very accommodating with our group. Whether we needed a car rental, a boat tour booked or even a jug to hold ice in, the staff was more than happy to help. The place itself had two ac’s that worked wonderful. Very comfortable stay.

I didn't like the insects/mosquitoes. Shower has no curtain. Complementary water bottles are given upon request. Room curtain had a lot of insects hanging around. Room doesn't smell nice or newly cleaned.

The surrounding and pool was nice, pretty inviting actually. Rooms were cozy despite the insects/mosquitoes. Breakfast was so-so, but it's decent. Staffs were nice and accommodating. Their dog (Shaiyan) is very welcoming too! :D

Would really love to rate this hotel higher but a few honest things to point out: -very limited menu and there no restaurants nearby -They are severely understaffed. The guy who works at the reception is there almost 24/7. - The floors in the room (at least the 3 rooms we stayed in near the pool) are very slippery! Even the floor and stairs of the main hall/dining/lobby. My father (70 year old) slipped in their room good thing he hit his bottom not head. I did several times. My baby did. The worst was my brother’s he was loading our van he slipped on the stairs of the lobby injured his leg. But THE WORST is the manager didn’t seem to care at all. Ive complained about these floors since we arrived. Did nothing. Said nothing. The warm ambience did not match their hospitality skills. Seriously needs to do something about their management and staff.

It is quaint and beautiful since its small you almost have it to yourself.

The road to access the hotel is very damaged

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable room, beautiful swimming pool. We had a problem when we arrived, the room we reserved was under maintenance, but the guy at reception was great, he found a solution, and offered us a meal at the hotel restaurant.

Had a wonderful stay at the resort! We couldn't get enough of the fantastic pool, the food on the menu was good and the quality was superb. The peaceful atmosphere was a welcome retreat from the bustling town. Overall, a delightful experience for the whole family.
