At breakfast it would have been nice to have a knife to spread butter on my bread with (not a knife in sight bizarrely) instead of a spoon, but this is a minor thing in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

I stayed at the Kingsford for just one night, I arrived late in Manila and had an early flight out the next day, and it's very close to the airport so cuts out the otherwise insanely long journey (traffic in Manila is really bad). Very comfortable hotel, the room was clean and had everything I expected and the restaurant was really good for dinner (one of the best meals I had in the Philippines). Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

confusing elevators, confusing parking location and space as you exit the parking is very narrow. no bigger trash bin available in the room, and the toilet that has 2 access doors.

the location is very strategic, the staffs are all pleasant and accommodating. The room is clean and has no bad or stagnant smell.

Book a room for 2 Adults and 11 year old child and unfortunately the room was only for 2 adults with 1 double size bed and needed to Requests for extra bed for the 11 year old child and that has to be charge. The extra bed is equipped with only thin linen and when I ask for a duvet it has to be charge again.. considering I paid for the extra bed and it's not cheaper. Normally a duvet was included in the extra bed without any charges. And if you requested another Towels it also has to be charge.. I feel disappointed zo learnedall these that they charge for the necessity that we needed. Considering it's our first time to stay here we thought that we will feel comfy and our requests will be granted without any charges. At the shower and bath floor area while having a shower the water was filled up and stagnant at the floor and flooded while the drainage was not good even when I told about it and they repaired it still it flooded and water is stagnant while showering. Now I'm having doubt if we will stay here again but what a shame the Hotel is nice and with good location. I'm thinking aldo if I will recommend this Hotel to some of my friends in the near future.

None, but i'd like to point out that I need to dial 3 times the front desk for luggage assistance and ended up going downstairs to the front desk and ask it face to face. Restaurant staff needs more training on how to serve the food.

There are people trying to sell timeshares that pounce on you before you get to the reception desk.

Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were held up at the airport and got to the hotel late so didn’t get to enjoy the facilities much however they all looked great. The breakfast buffet was good. Free shuttle to the airport was fantastic.

Apart from the Okada complex, there are no restaurants or shops within easy walking distance. In fact, there's very little around that area at all.

Proximity to Okada is excellent, just a short walk, no need for a taxi.

There is no obvious airport shuttle. No one with my name on a board to assist me from the hotel. It cost Mr $33 from the airport to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were horrified that I paid so much to get to them. 4x the normal price. But nowhere could I find the shuttle. They did not answer their WhatsApp or advertised landlines.

The surroundings are not very nice.There are a lot of hotels they are still building. It's a big hotel with a lot of guests so it's busy everywhere.

The hotel was very close to the airport, especially Naia 2 and has a free airport transfer. The room had a very good shower!

A mix-up by the front desk caused our bags to take 45 minutes to be brought up to our room. We had to call numerous times before they were found. Breakfast buffet was alright - would have enjoyed having more protein options.

The location of the hotel was great, the room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful during our luggage conundrum.

The shower had very low water pressure and the bathroom was very small with no shower door. The room was very basic and tea and coffee was not offered in the rooms however it was available to purchase.

The property was located in a great area. The facilities were of a high standard, particularly the fitness centre and the pool area. The rooms were very basic and the shower wasn't great but overall the hotel was good.
