The workers were very professional and very warm. They made the experience welcoming. The breakfast was very nice and top notch. I will stay here again.

The rooms were very old with bad flooring. AC is very old production so bad noise and so distracting to sleep. The view was also very bad

Wasn't able to connect to the internet no matter how many times I connected to wifi. My room also did not have adequate signal for mobile data.

Clean and great location for Makati. Near a lot of Japanese restaurants and walking distance to major avenues. Staff are nice and helpful.

Perfect location, close to Makati central business district, grocery, cafe & restaurant. It takes 15 minutes to reach the airport. Old style hotel, but very nice ambiance.

Bed could be improved and pls add enough bubble bath or bath gel for the bath tub. Crispy bacon was not crispy. Nevertheless, a great stay.

The authentic Japanese restaurant on 2nd floor, my requests were accommodated, the amazing waitress at Coca Cafe on April 4 breakfast time who was so kind and helpful, the kind guards Lobby smelled good, no stinky smell

The dog was barking night time, and noisy.

The room assigned to us was not clean at all - lamps and floor were dusty. I think they prioritize foreign guests and gives the better, newer, and cleaner room to foreigners, which is kind of discriminating. The noise outside can be heard from the room.

I liked the japanese restaurant on the 2nd floor. The service crews in the Japanese resto and during our breakfast were accommodating. The crispy bacon was not crispy. The art deco style of the hotel is lovely. We stayed in their other branches; the bathtubs there are better and bigger compared to this branch. Nevertheless, we will be back. Thank you.

It was surprisingly empty. A Japanese Inspired hotel. Pleasant overnight stay with very accommodating staff. The room was clean and it had a very welcome bathtub. Something not seen in many higher priced hotels I have stayed in. The Swimming pool was cool and refreshing. The breakfast included was good. Omelette or Egg sausage and toast. Understandably there was no buffet as there weren't enough guests to warrant one. Food would just go to waste. Overall 9/10

The bed was uncomfortable; seemed too hard and gave us backache. The wifi is also too slow and not working on business laptop due to security.

Housekeeping is attentive to our requests. The bathtub is a plus. Breakfast options are decent.

There is an after-washroom smell even though its left flushed and clean. Despite the door being closed, smell lingers in the hallway.

I had to wait over 30 min for the hotel car to pick me up from the airport. The hotel did send me the info regarding the price pick up car. At the time of booking I didnt realize that the hotel charges were outrageously expensive compering to a regular taxi. My advice to other travelers: do not order the hotel car, use the regular taxi.

The hot water in the shower didn't work the last time I stayed there which was very usual for this place.

The beauty of its old, well maintained craftsman's interior and it's quiet peaceful environment. A great escape from the noisy city just outside. The included breakfast was well done with all the coffee you wanted and a nice plate of fruit if you asked.
