We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainBeside my cottage they were building another cottage and every morning at 7:30 am the building works began with a lot of noise … no good sleep in 7 days .. no relax .. and no alternative from reception.. which I advise upon check in.. horrible sleep and relax. The second is that I am still waiting for the invoice which has not been received .
I like the location , the cottage, the restaurant and of course the spa .

AustraliaThe price we paid doesn’t match the accommodation. We stayed a bit further down the street beach front at a different place afterwards, it was much nicer, had appropriate air conditioning and was cheaper…
The staff were very informative and super friendly! The location was also ideal for us, only a 2 minute scooter ride from the busy stretch on tourist road towards General Luna. The house we booked was very big, so it was a very comfortable size for the 3 of us. Easy to hire scooters from reception.

South AfricaThe staff were very helpful. You can buy fish from the market and barbecue it yourself at your villa. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect. The property is well maintained. The restaurant on the property is affordable and has a large variety to choose from. In general. This is a top spot9.
This felt like a home away from home with all the amenities you would need to make your stay comfortable. The new leaf for air-conditioning were a saving grace in the loft, bedroom and loft bedrooms, have the tendency to be quite warm. This added a little bit of luxury to our evening sleep. Each villa is private from the next, so you do feel like you are hidden away from the world. We spent a lot of time in our Villa. It was comfortable. The location of this property is far from the busy general Luna hub but yet close enough to walk. The beach is a five minute walk away and cloud nine beach is on your doorstep. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Staff was attentive- when the city had an issue with the water it was quickly addressed, and the power was running well (this is not the case for other hotels/hostels that we stayed in after, especially the AC!) Great massage services on site. Having the kitchen was also very convenient. Short walk to Cloud 9 and about 25min walk to restaurants.

United KingdomThere were a few minor issues such as a stuck bi-folding door and blocked toilet (the local plumbing on the island cannot cope with toilet paper) but these were quickly put right.
Delvina was a great host making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cottages were clearly designed to be in harmony with nature with lofty ceilings and plenty of wide openings to allow the air in and keep things cool in the lush garden setting. It felt a bit like living in a tree house. The bedrooms could be shut off and sealed with air conditioning on, but I preferred the natural ventilation option with ceiling fan, to let in the sounds of the jungle to sooth me to sleep at night.

Spacious we had a 2 bed place and it was big with verandah to relax on. Great position for Cloud 9 surfing and easy to get to the town by tuktuk. We enjoyed being out of the very busy parts and there were close options for food you could walk to as well. Great massages in their spa. Would definitely go back again if we were visiting Siargo.

SloveniaBathroom could come with some shampoo and shower gel. The sliding door of our house was not working properly but there was a second entrance.
We really enjoyed the stay at Emerald House, the houses are surrounded by trees and plants, which adds to your privacy a lot. Our house was equipped with everything you need for cooking, a mosquito net and a fan. The best part is the terrace infront of the house, which is a great place to relax. Location is also pretty good, super close to surfing area Cloud 9 and a short moto ride to General Luna.

PhilippinesJust minor details like cleanliness of faucets, sinks, bidets since it is an important factor that these should be very clean from rust and dirt. Also I hoped that there was a vacuum.
I like how the staff was so accomodating and giving off a welcoming vibe. The location is convenient for people who would like to go surfing since it is just a walking distance towards Cloud 9. Overall, this stay gave me an impression of coming back to Siargao again in the future.

New ZealandIt was very far from everything else and you have to ride a trike to get somewhere which gets to be expensive. The bathrooms were also a bit dark which makes it look like it’s not clean. It was raining everyday and the loft was dripping.
The location was walking distance to Cloud 9 and very quiet.
