The only thing I don’t like about the place is they are trying to charge you extra for something that you didn’t even requested or bought! First, they told me that I made a reservation for 5 bedrooms. Thank God I have a presence of mind to print the copy of my reservation because I know the internet/wifi in the area is bad so I showed her the copy of my reservation and already paid for via Booking.com. Second, during checking out, they are trying to charge us food that we didn’t order!

Breakfast is decent but small in portion. The place is very accessible to transportation and very near to convenient stores.

Very proffesional and welcoming approach. We booked only 30 minutes before our arrival and it was not a problem. We had room without window, but clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Excellent view from the terrace while having breakfast.

Good for family or groups. Their staff were friendly and accommodating. They have decent internet service. Distance of the place from downtown was good for me since it's not so busy area but still near the beach and places to hangout and eat.

as everyone else has said the bathroom did ooze some kind of sewer stench, wifi was constantly cut in the room, also thin walls so you can hear the staff or other guests yelling in the hall, breakfast was so basic and no vegan option

the view from the balcony was amazing, we had great sunset in El Nido that was easily spotted from our room! the staff was helpful in arranging motorbike rental and tour for us, comfy bed though the size was small for two, hot water works

They charge you if you want a blanket, when we went to shower in the morning for some reason there was no water working in the shower, toilet and basin

- toilet flush didn’t work properly: we had to wait 30 min between each flush. We told reception and nothing happened - we found a cockroach in the bathroom - breakfast was very poor - cleaning ladies didn’t lock the door after cleaning - door handle was ready to fall off

Doesn’t have clear path to go to the beach. The room has a small space but not bad. Mosquitoes so make sure to apply a repellent. This is pretty common here anyways . Breakfast is ok if you like Filipino food.

Very friendly/helpful staff. Booked 2 rooms for my family . Staff very accommodating especially to my mother. Nice strong AC unit . Overall good little hotel accommodation if you just need a room to spend the night since you’re out exploring El Nido during the day. The staff also assisted us in booking activities for Tour A and C . The hotel is on the main road and short walk to Lime resort if you want to eat at their restaurants .

Room is small for 4 person capacity. No lock in the toilet. No good Wifi connection or signal.
