You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The owner lives at the facility and is aware of everything going on all the time. He has created a 5 star restaurant, beautiful location, wonderful staff. Very helpful. And Marta was just darling.

Excellent location, very near to Kawasan Falls. We signed up for a canyoneering tour at Kawasan Falls through Cuestas and were amazed at how beautiful and fun it was. The guides were very friendly and helpful, we highly recommend this experience!

AustraliaThere are activities that you can do on the resort however no signage or information on how where and when you can actually access it. Like a paddle board or anything else.
The owner is very helpful however his wife seems not so approachable the staff were great they would accommodated most requests which is great. The food at the restaurant is actually quite good which surprised me.

LithuaniaThe resort is located in quite nice, quite area, but to get there it took us more than 3.5 hours from airport due to heavy traffic, poor road conditions), so I would suggest to use Hotel Transfer for sure (the cost for 3 persons: 4000 PHP). Although, on the way back to the airport the driver was very reckless and was speeding all the time, which made me feel very unsafe, so that was a biggest downside from our stay. As for the room, we stayed at Deluxe type of the rooms, which met our expectations (although during our stay, there were no water in our rooms for few hours, but staff was doing their best to restore it, which eventually they managed to do). In addition, the pressure of the water in the shower was not very good, so it was a bit of the challenge to get proper shower. As for the breakfast, it was very basic and most of the choices were egg based, so if you are not in that, you might get disappointed. I missed better quality coffee (because they did not offer freshly prepared coffee, so I had to ordered it separately). But as for the general food Menu, it had good variety and the quality of the food was nice, so we enjoyed our lunch and evening dinners. Even though, our stay was short, but nice and relaxing. I believe the quality the resort offers absolutely meets the value you will be paying for it.

Vietnam-Their restaunt has a lot (i mean it) flies. Although they offer to turn on the fans directed to us. Maybe they could find a better way to make the flies gone. -The entire resort has the rule that says "No Food and Drinks allowed" which I find it a bit uncomfortable unless they could offer all the food that the guests request like ice cream. If I may suggest maybe that policy can work in your restaurant and not the entire resort.
-Staff are nice -They always make sure that you are safe.
