The place could’ve provided more toilet roll for us to use. Also, the roads were blocked off, going into the entrance of the accommodation during the time of our stay.

The view was great, and the space was sufficient for our group! We especially liked the rocking chair and the full length windows.

There’s cockroaches everywhere, no postpaid wifi, prepaid one was super slow. Place is a bit old but still good overall.

I like that it’s big and so many available foam, there’s two rest rooms, a kitchen, and other facilities. There’s water too.

Overnight Parking fee of php2,000 is sooo expensive! Not worth it. The loft is outdated, and there are tiny cockroaches under the kitchen sink and in both bathroom. Sofas badly needs to deep clean as it felt itchy whenever I sat in it.

Me and my friends love the big window with the view of Cebu City! It's nice that it only has one room but with 4 big beds! All of us in 1 room! And there 2 bathroom! The location is so accessible!!

The staff was great. Maybe they could improve on the utensils for example. Literally, only one small casserole e could use since with the induction stove. I suppose one would imagine that if there were 6 people and you provided kitchen, they'd probably cook something. Otherwise don't offer kitchen that's a bit inconvenient to use. Bathroom floor was very slippery but they provided us immediately with a rubber mat when requested. One side of the glass window/wall has broken blinds so the sun glared too much when one wants to sleep a bit more. Overall, it was good stay.

The air-conditioning on the bedroom is not that great that I need to use an electric fan for extra cold feeling. The water in the shower is slow and the sink water seems not existing.

The place is big and spacious. We're a party of 9 and a lot of extra space for everyone. My family was also very content of the place and they love the television in the room.

The a/c in the larger bedroom doesn't work so well. Someone came in the next day and taught us to reset the breaker outside but it only worked for a bit before shutting off again. It's alright though, we just took the mattress and slept downstairs. The designated parking areas in the rear were also a bit sketchy.

The place had great views. The owner was very accommodating to our requests and adujsted to our schedules. She also replied to our queries in a timely manner.

The room could use some renovation, or at least a thorough cleaning (there are cobwebs on the ceiling and the smell is quite annoying every time you enter the room.

The room has a nice view of the sunrise and the new Cordova bridge. The location is also near a McDo, Jollibee, KFC, Chowking, Starbucks, Robinson's, Mercury Drug, and Shamrock.

They kitchen was a bit untidy. It's big enough room for 5 people unfortunately they were only 2 blankets and 4 pillows. When I booked it online it was stated that the cost was P5000.+. When I paid it was P6,452.. it should be stated the total when doing booking.
