We have been in this hotel for 6 consecutive years, bathroom remains filthy.

The room was big enough for the family. The decent size of the pool, not so crowded. Clean shorelines.

It’s obvious that maintaining the property isn’t their priority. The facility is old, the rooms are outdated. They also charge too much for the food. What they offer is worth 650 and food isn’t even good. The other options are expensive too! The process of checking-in/out took a lot of time. Check-in time was 3PM but we got our room at 4PM. I hope they anticipate the foot traffic especially during holidays for faster transaction.

The only thing I like about the property is how convenient it is to go to the beach. Our room was beach front. And to be fair, the beach is kept clean.

Checking in and out. Queues are so long. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for check in and close to 50 minutes for check out. Pool is clean but you can see the age. Needs upgrading. The beach gets filled with plastic garbage at times which makes it disgusting. The room didn't have some basic amenities such as a hair dryer. Locks of the balcony windows were broken and didn't work.

Pool and beach access was good. Room was big and bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean.

The rooms we initialy received were real bad. One smelled like mold... the other had broken furniture and door wont lock, A/C leaking water. We asked for the manager and requested someting better. They finally gave us their suite in the 3rd floor, which was quite ok. In general, the building is in bad condition and not well maintained. Breakfast is nothing for Europeans, unless you eat rice, sausage, etc for breakfast. You can have coffee, Water or juice... this juice is basically "sugar-water".

Staff was very friendly. The view was great. Sunrise and sunset was unbelievable. There was daily fire-show. Daily BBQ (dinner) and alternatively a dinner buffet. Beds are cozy. The pool is great. The beach is ok - However, it doesn't look at all like on their pictures...still, you can enjoy your day. You have no chance to go (grocery-Shopping). But you can hire a "tri-cycle" (max 2 persons - groceries will still fit in the side-car...costs you approx 6€ to 8€... this ride is fun!!! So we bought stuff at the supermarket and we arranged our own european style breakfast.

We travelled with 2 other families, one family with twin boys. Buffet breakfast - we have to queue and wait outside of the eating area as seating tables are limited, the breakfast buffet area is very hot - NO AIRCON. we were eating in sweltering heat. We're all sweating whilst having breakfast. Limited selection of food. There are no fruit juices available aside from pineapple in the pool kiosk. Limited selection of food for dinner. We waited more than 1.5 hours when our BBQ dinner arrived. There is no other option available except the buffet for dinner. No good restaurant in the town proper. Too many people, beach and cabanas are occupied by day tripper. One has to be very quick to be able to get an empty one. The floor of the room gets wet when we lower the aircon. The aircon has to be set in the coldest setting all the time. We do not want the room very cold. We get sick. One of the kids (4 YO) of the family we travelled with slipped on the wet floor and hit his head. Good thing it wasn't that very bad. Poor room service. Five times we called and asked to get batteries for the television remote control. This resort has no spa. I'm not sure why they call the place 'Resort Hotel and Spa'. Our room was supposed to have ocean view, but the view of our rooms (3rd floor) is blocked by a big mangrove tree. Where is the ocean view. This place is catered/suitable for locals, not for foreigners.

Room size, cleanliness of the room, toiletries. Korean food is ok.

The hotel is tired and worn out, the staff appear untrained and under maned. On checking in to the room a giant turd was found floating in the toilet. Despite asking for the bathroom sink to be unblocked the first evening of our stay, the first morning and 2nd evening we left after two days without this being resolved the shower in room 302 did not function unless held open. The TV in room 303 did not work despite reporting this the first evening it took 24 hours to be resolved. Breakfast was a disorganised free for all with insufficient staff and facilities to cater for the number of guest. We witnessed the kitchecn supervisor pick up used cutlery and place it back in to the clean for use containers. Get your barnan in the pool bar some help, he did a great job at trying to serve clients buy simply swamped with orders Four star prices for one star service

The hotel itself looked old. The lobby was nice but the rooms are showing its age. They didn't have rugs which was a pain when coming from the beach or coming from the bathroom. The menu on the Island Cafe was also limited.

The beach and pool were amazing and breathtaking. The water and the shore were clean and did not have any noticeable pollution. The breakfast buffet was okay, but the evening selection with the grill and the fire dance was one of the great experiences we had.

Expensive food and water activities. Old hotel room, patios.

Beach, relaxing ambiance, helpful staff The hotel is old and not well maintained, but it's manageable, value for money because it's not that expensive compared to nearby resort that we stayed before but you still really enjoy the beach, its sand and pool. It was one of the best beaches I saw in the nasugbu area. The water from the faucet is strong. The staffs are considerate.
