Wifi did not work between 22.00 and 7.00. Tricky if you want to communicate with Europe during those times as there is also no signal. Due to the thatched roofing of the cottages, there was some black sand everywhere after a while. While they did clean the room every day, it seemed to always come back, unclear what it was.

Location was perfect right at the water. Could enter the ocean from the property. Beautiful sunsets from the pier at the hotel. Amazing staff and really good food. Very comfortable rooms and beds with views overlooking the ocean. Beautiful gardens.

Wifi is working just in the restaurant area , in the rooms was not working and not working the 3G . For me was ok and I was felling less depend of the phone but for some people can be a point to considered

Hotel atmosphere was super nice , really nice vegetation full of palms and nice plants topical from the area . The cabins has different types depends of how much you want to expend , in my case i been my first night in garden view but after I moved to superior room with private cabin and in front of the beach was really good and totally worthy to pay a little more cause experience is much better . The decoration of the units are like tropical feeling and was very clean ! Owner is a German guy that was all the time pending of the people in a good way , he is the reference person to help and organize the planing for the activities. About the activities they help you to organize all and they pick from the hotel , including food and all the equipment in case you need fir each activity . The staff has always a smile in the face and they are never feel stress . About the stress topic is good but they take time for prepare your order , recommended to no arrive hurry in the breakfast time cause in this country ( in a good way ) they don’t stress and go little by little . The hotel is located in front of the beach , no in the more center point but for me was better cause was very relax and easy to access with tuc tuc in 5 minutes to the area with some small restaurants. When I been there I feel immediately more relax and I recomend totally , also the sunset view is super nice with the see in front and the sun on you !

There's no wifi in the room only the restaurant area has wifi. But it's all good, we get to enjoy each other's company and get to enjoy the sunset and view.

The food served in their restaurant taste great and is very filling. We always looked forward to dinner and breakfast. The sunset view is breathtaking. The sound of the waves crashing and the wind blowing soothes the soul. I also loved their helpful and friendly staff, who really gave us suggestions and recommendations.

We had geckos stayed in our room which is okay yet the poos are on the shower floor and on our bed.

I like our bedroom that we stayed yet we couldnt get additional bed for another person so we had to upgrade our room. The food is a bit pricey.

The room was clean all in all but we were missing toilet papers and a general cleaning. The water from the shower was really no pressure or cold.

Beautiful structure in the middle of the coconuts trees, beach front. From the hotel we could see the most beautiful sunset in the island.Cozy rooms and very friendly staff. Very good food and amazing smoothies with fresh fruits.

A little bit many mosquitoes and ants. Also without air-conditioner was hard to stay - but But you get used to it quickly, because all the hotel is under palms.

Nice place to spend holidays, very clean cottage. The staff was very polite, we can easily rent a moto, also excursions in a hotel were great - fantastic diving and hiking between mountains! Food was great also, a little bit expensive but soo tasty! I extremely recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately, on the second day we were there, someone took our money from our purse (4000 php, ~70€) in our room and we reported to the owner, a German guy, in which he told us he will do a follow up on the case and never returned to us with any responses. It’s true we told him that we weren’t expecting anything back, but no actions were taken and remained like nothing happened. Besides, the bed sheets were dirt once we arrived and we had to asked to change a few times.

Simple resort and accommodations. It had a deck to a rock beach with a great sunset. The food at their restaurant was really good and accessible price. People from the staff were really friendly and nice, even though we had a problem, in which I mention below. We did a tour organised by the hotel with the main highlights of the island. Fortunately we were the only ones in the hotel and it ended up being a private one. The price was much higher if we wanted to do it on our own, but we were well treated by Alfie (tour guide) and Michael (the chofer).

You can only get wifi access in the Restaurant/Reception area, that is a little handicap considering that in the cottages there is not phone signal either. I would also suggest to implement some nets in on top of the cottages in order to avoid the entry of insects. In our stay, we had to deal with some bugs and spiders.

The resort has an interesting concept of cottages which gives you the sensation of being immerse in the nature. It has sea view and a beautiful garden. The food is very good and the staff is amenable. The location is a bit far from the towns but the staff was very kind and assist us with a moto rental.

I wish they would have more options for Filipino dishes at their restaurant.

What I really liked the best at this place is the staff. Very friendly, helpful, they really care for their guests. The owner personally made sure that the guests' needs were met. I was able to go diving for the days I wanted. The place is very nice, clean and quiet.

Some strange noises in the middle of the night coming from the rooftop....

The staff was really nice. When we booked the room we expected to have the ones that appeared in the website however they put us in another place, we shared with then that we were dissapointed and they took care of our issue and move to another room. We really appreciate their kindness and how all the staff were all the time smiling and available for you. The room and the views were really nice!

Very far from the island’s facilities and hard to get transportation from the road. Menu was mostly foreign food. Public space was dark and well back from the beach so no sea view from the restaurant.

Hammocks were very restful and our room’s ocean view was amazing.

There was no internet connection in the room we stayed at. But we could come and use the wifi in the common restaurant.

The resort is very lush and green. The staff is the best. everyone was so friendly and helpful. We wanted to rent a motorcycle to explore the island and they were able to help us. They were also very kind to accommodate my request to do a private dinner on our balcony for my partner’s BD, with gorgeous decorations and a baked cheesecake.

Rates are simply too high for the comfort level. Music (at least the bass) from the bar can be heard throughout the day on much of the property, which is unnecessary. At night there is too much light in the garden to see the stars and get the bedrooms dark, which is also not necessary. Small improvements could make this a 10/10

Certainly one of the nicest non-luxury resorts on the island, with a beautiful sunset deck and good cuisine! Staff is helpful and kind. Diving teacher Tintin is highly experienced and very entertaining!

The property is very well maintained. Gorgeous garden. They offer tours and also many diving options for all levels, even beginners. The tour guide and master diver TinTin was outstanding.

Really expensive for Philippine not only the room but also rest of things, excursions , motorbike rent, transfers to hotel , etc !. it is really nice but with European prices .

What a beautiful property! Secluded, well maintained, and in the most gorgeous location right near the beach. We were very happy with the care and organisation of our scuba diving trips. The staff are happy to help with anything, and were kind enough to help my fiancé organise a surprise proposal.
