Rooms are old, there were no hot water in our room. Best wifi sofar in the Philippines in a hotel. Love the old buildings, but not value for money compared to the other hotels we have been so far on this trip

The AC unit is very noisy in Rm. 203. The wall separating each room is not soundproofed. You could hear the conversation of the guests from the other room and the noise they were creating. In short, we didn't have a nice & comfortable sleep.

I like the cleanliness of the room. It is simple and very basic.

There were few flies that bothers us when we were eating. Toilet is a little smelly when we came inside the room. Toilet sink not clean enough. I asked the receptionist to collect the trash but she advised us to leave the bin outside the door instead since we do not want to do that we just left it full. I think they are short of staff. No phone in the room to call the receptionist for anything we need.

Breakfast is yummy. Room size is good for family of 3.

Mosquitos (but this is not just an issue with the hotel, but in other places in the area). Got a citronella spray and an anti-mosquito mat heater from the mall and it was all good.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast (try the bologna) and clean room with new air conditioning unit.

This is hotel is a perfect venue for a horror show. It was a spine-chilling walk at the corridor accompanied by the sound of a howling dog that was coming from a residential property at the back of the hotel. We are never coming back to this place. There are mosquitoes in the room, and toilet. The room needs more cleaning.

The room has Google TV, we were able to log in to Netflix and Disney+. The kids were kept entertained. The person who served breakfast.

The toilet and bath is disappointing, you can't close the door. No water stopper between the shower and the toilet or at least from the main room, that's why excess water will passe through the door.

The breakfast should be perked up. Maybe the hotel can offer classic breakfast of people from Tarlac :-)

Simple yet provided the comfort we needed during our stay. I like the Venetian feels, including the veranda. Both are old classic styles but still very much it appreciated. I also like the proximity to the road and mall. And we love the most: STAFF. They were very respectful and accommodating :-)
