The buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection but was generally rather bland. May be better to simplify and provide a small selection of set breakfasts.

Since the hotel was undergoing some minor renovations during our stay, I would like to suggest placing a poster indicating that the paint is wet. As my son walked by, he accidentally came into contact with the wet paint on the wall, resulting in a stain on his jacket.

staff are nice and even gave us a welcome drink also accomodate our request and quickly provide service when we need help and it got good breakfast. It an old hotel but bed is okay and aircon is cold. they also have affordable karaoke and a small swiming pool not bad..

The restaurant leaves silverware from previous guests and just replaces the used silverware. Even if the previous guest played with the silverware

Blanket so thin it's same like the bed cover which makes us sleep very uncomfortable I hope they will change it and put a better blanket for the future customers...

The room with two double beds was ample, however as other reviews have suggested, the overall decor of the hotel is dated and one where people do not stay for long.

The staff were very friendly in giving local advice on transport, and the management kindly upgraded our room free of charge once they saw that my mum could not walk the stairs to the original room that we were allocated. They also filled the pool when we asked about whether it was in service - shame we didn't get to use it on the second day due to cleaning/timing when we were leaving. Food was typical savoury meal which was tasty - but could do with more veggie / fresh fruit options. Even though it is off a main road, we were not disturbed by the noise.

The staff was great and very accommodating and the breakfast was good ! The rooms are very very basic but I have to say the bed is the worst I’ve even slept on but it’s okay for a basic accommodations.

I think the deluxe room might be the same as the more expensive suite which we booked. Breakfast was pretty average.

We stayed there for only a night. The staffs are very friendly specially mycah who works at the front desk. The hotel is fine near at SM LIPA, we stayed at room 208 and its big enough for 2 pax. The bathroom is smaller than I expected but I think its resonable. Breakfast is already included in the reservation so we had a chance to have a it on the next day. Overall, we had a great stay in this hotel.

There was no comforter or blanket on the bed, just a lightweight sheet. The front desk did bring a blanket upon request. The room was very blah in decor or the lack thereof.. The bathroom sink was tiny. There was no 3 prong outlets or an adapter available. I was not able to use my laptop.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was good. Location was right across from the mall and we could walk and avoid crazy traffic. The staff was very accommodating.

The swimming pool is not ready to use in the morning until we checked out at 11am.

Breakfast is okay since it was Good Friday...no meat. Location is convenient, easy to find. Pets are allowed with a fee.
