In our booked room the AC broke in the second night. Even it was at night the staff searched for someone fixing it and gave us another room. In total the staff was really really polite and friendly the whole time The beds and rooms are very clean and the Pool is nice too.

Nice quiet location but near to beach and shops. Small pool. Room very comfortable with a very quiet AC. Staff are very friendly both in the front office and the security guy at night.

It’s a little pity that they don’t provide breakfast.

All the things are good. The hotel staffs are friendly and warmhearted, they can book almost all the things for us. Kids like the swimming pool very much.

Property is older with room for some renovation but still more than comfortable and pleasant.

The location is great, right in the center of town. Excellent and very helpful and friendly staff...special praise to Anita the staff manager who is particularly helpful and responsive to your guest needs.

Depending of what room you get the wifi can be perfect or non existant. The owner simply needs to make an investment in his business to put access points in each room. problem solved and he can promote that and raise price accordingly

Spacious room with comfortable beds, a kitchen outside of the room is a big bonus. Clean nice pool. The location is great, short walk to the beach, lots and lots of food options around. It is very close to the main road, however it is very quiet and peaceful.And the staff is incredible!!!

Internet had good and bad days in my room. There is a little footpath leading to the resort which can get wet and muddy after we had 1 1/2 days of rain.

All the staff were fun, happy and helpful. Room was huge for the price especially in Alona. Bed was comfortable, shower had hot water and the pool was nice. They also organised a great day trip for me to Anda. I would definitely stay here again

The staff members are extraordinarily friendly! We loved our stay here so much, we extended it 4 times. The room is spacious and clean, and the pool area is very relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring Panglao and offers plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés. If there are any issues, just let the staff know and they will immediately fix it. For example, our AC had a little trouble at some point and they fixed it so quickly that by the time we came back from a dive, the AC was fully functional again.

Two access keys would be nice! But that is more of a suggestion. Seems to be the common thing in South East Asia to provide only one key/access card.

The room was large and comfortable, nice and quiet, with a view of the pool and garden and a perfect little balcony. The staff were all great and attentive, quick to help with anything we needed. We will stay here again for sure!

In the 2 bed apartment the main room is not air conditioned. Fan is okay for the evening.

Quiet location with a nice pool not far from many restaurants and the beach (15 minute walk). Internet speeds were very good. Shower water pressure very good and plenty of hot water.

Can't fault anything here but I kept locking the card in the room so possibly two cards to be handed out for a couple. This is a very minor thing tho and not the fault of the resort at all.

The location was perfect! Central enough to Alona Beach but enough out that it was a little quiet refuge to sleep. Was also in close vicinity to the more reasonable restaurants to eat. The staff were very attentive and friendly and happy to help out with anything we asked from tours to scheduling room cleaning. The room itself was large and comfortable and the cable tv worked! It also had a nice balcony overlooking the pool with space to hang wet clothes.

They are so friendly and always smile to the customers. Due to my mistake, I forgot to reserve next journey pickup service. They spent a lot of time helping us to reserve pickup van from Cebu pier to White sands beach resort and spa of Cebu. Thanks a lot! The pool is great combine with a jacuzzi. The environment is clean and the rooms are also. We rent a sedan from resort and they offer me a reasonable price. That’s is to say, customers who don’t have to bargain the price with them if you would like to reserve any tour, pickup service, car rental and massage in room. Of course, I will come back again.
