The utensils need a lot more of improvement when it comes to cleanliness and so is the rusty burner. We didn’t feel using them for the tidy reason.

Swimming pool and playground area for the kids. A number of restos, coffee shops and groceries store are just available nearby.

There was no top sheet on the bed — I had to sleep in my clothes because I didn’t want my skin to touch the nasty blanket that everyone else has slept under. There were no end tables on either side of the bed and no lamps.

We were given a different unit as to what was booked.Toilets get block.water not warm enough.washing machine doesn’t have instructions on how to use. I think the place is falling apart only bunos was the cold aircon

The floors of our room most especially the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly since there were dust and hair from previous tenants. The beddings looks like not being changed since it looks so wrinkly. When we checked in, we waited for around 30 minutes for the housekeeping to give our room key.

I like the property’s location and the fact that they have beach access.

The cable connection inside the room was'nt connected and also we cannot connect the wifi.

The entire room is very good and spacious for the whole family and so with friends. And i really love so much the outdoor swimming pool specially at night.

421 tile floor was cracked the window necessities that came with it I had to buy your own paper towels have to buy your own dish soap sponge salt and pepper. I gave you two towels for four days. And no change of sheets

lack of cleaning no soap, dirty stove, hair every where. Our allergy to d not worth the price.! Allergies were lit to dust and possible pets were in the suite noisy air on. bedding was minimal. 2towels for the three day stay.

The tv didn't work, the internet/power cut out constantly. The shower was only cold. And it took a very long time to find the place. The reception staff were more than unhelpful when it came to directions they kept pointing us in the carpark and then leaving us to wander around trying to find it. When we finally found someone to help they told us to fish out the keys from the locked mail room box in which we had to do with our sunglasses. I'm not sure what they would have done if we weren't able to get the keys out. The owner made no contact with us about where the keys would be and the concierge had no contact with the owner. We paid extra to stay in a bit more luxury and we felt like we didn't get that.

The bed was comfy the view was good.

*The toilet seat is cracked and needs replacing. *The shower over the bath tub needs a shower curtain. *The kitchen cupboard under the sink smells really bad like a drain smell. *Having a kitchen towel would be handy

Very close to shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities including the pool is excellent.

We end up in completely different apartment, different apartment block, different adress from what we booked. Apartment got 3 toilets which 2 of were completely blocked from arrival and not even after every day complaining about it noone ever turned up to fix it

Booked 2 rooms, room 1 doesn’t have water in the shower the toilet was blocked. Room 2 the sink pipe was broken and water all over the floor, not enough towels no wifi.

Not much to say about what I don't like as this was a really great rental and had a lot of amentities we needed. I would say that this is going to be one of the best budget friendly rentals in the Manila area that's clean

The best accomodation we had in all of the Philippines. VERY clean with no bugs, nice white sheets and comfy bedding. Bunk bed setup slept 3 kids comfortably, nice gym and great safe location. Within 20-30 min from airport depending on traffic. Cold A/C, fast wifi, highly recommend this place.

The apartment we stay is not good many not function especially the shower in one week we stayed we didn’t get a warm shower is like a torture😔 we pay a lot of money very expensive were looking forward when we stay to have everything function but we really disappointed.

everything were pretty much disappointments.when I booked it,it looked so great from the view,pool,location,room,etc…the info and details of the property are so believable.but when we arrived,we were transfered to a different building and it looked so different from the pictures online and from what they advertise,it’s just a sales talk😐I felt like I was scammed by this property and from what I pay almost P10k for 1 night ,not so worth it.( booked for 9 adukts and 2 kids,but only 5 adults and 2 kids ended up sleeping in the apartment,I should atleast get a refund for the extra cash that I paid.we were all not happy and disatisfied.the property itself needed some fixing and the details of the place and location were all fake.12pm is the check out,but it was only 11:30am when someone knock our door and asked us if we are going to check out now, and I said isn’t it the check out time is 12?and he said,yes.he stayed outside to wait for us to leave the room, for me,it’s kinda rude and unprofessional,it feels like for me that you want the guests to leave ASAP and then the person in charge arrived and asked us if we are ready to check out (we still have 20 mins,and we’re still waiting for our husbands and kids who went to the beach that was very far and they ended up going to savoy hotel to get a beach pass,but we were told that we can get the pass downstairs).and the person in charge help us to bring some of our staff downstairs,and she disappeared,I don’t know where she went.there was no thank you or how was you stay,nothing,no words from her,she disappeared and left. Such a bad stay,we didn’t even enjoy our stay.oh well
