Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

HungaryThere were cockroaches. And the smell of the cockroach repellent chemicals was so strong that I simply had to collect them from all the drawers and throw them out. There was really such a strong chemical smell that I had the feeling they want to kill me instead of the cockroaches. But you have to know that in Manila there will be cockroaches in every hotel. So vainly you will try to find another one with no cockroaches, do not even try, you just waste your time. I did not like that the pool was not cleaned like a pool should be cleaned. I mean the water did not flow aways at the edges of the pool, there was absolutely no water circulation or water filtration, so the guests basically swam in each others saliva after some days. They cleaned the pool with chemicals once a week, but this still could not ever meet any European hygienic standards. But again, even with this problem the hotel belongs to the best ones in Manila in this price range.
This hotel belongs to the best hotels in this price range in Manila. It is close to the airport and they have Netflix, and even a pool. I had the chance to check some more hotels in Manila too, and I can tell you that most of them are really terrible and definitely worse than this, so if you found this hotel, and you can not significantly pay more for a night, just book it, do not hesitate, you will not find any better.

IrelandMost things could be improved slightly, that being said the apartment is more than adequate for a single night layover between flights. The domestic terminal is a taxi ride away. Only upmarket shopping in the immediate environs.
The apartment is conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from Terminal 3. You do not exit the terminal to take the skybridge across to the apartment complex. Everything was adequate without being special. Security is very tight but helpful.

United StatesVery little I didn't like. Just attention to a few details would help. For example, there wasn't any bottled water in the room when I arrived.
Great location. Easy walk to/from NAIA Terminal 3 via Runway Manila. Having a washing machine was a big plus after a week of traveling! Good security at entrance to the complex and at the lobby.
