It's not beach front.. They bring u to the beach (another resort) with a shuttle with fixed times. Vibe was a bit weird

We stayed here for 2 nights, loved the location as it was close to the airport. Rooms were a good size as we were 2 friends staying and like a bit of space. The service was amazing, staff going above and beyond. We both had massages on site which were really good. The bonus surprise was the beach access via 1521’s other property. A great place to relax for the day.

If you want a quiet place to stay, then be aware that February 17th and 18th is the town Fiesta and it's very noisy all night. It's also quite far from the CCLEX bridge which is much the quickest way to get to Cebu city.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room. The breakfast / dining room is attractive and the breakfasts were good. It's not far from the airport which is convenient. This is one of the better hotels we've stayed at on Mactan Island.

Towels weren’t replaced at all and we had to ask for extras. But otherwise very clean and a great stay!

No overhead lights in bedroom, bedside lamps and table lamps in situ. My eye sight is poor so I found it difficult to see!!

Price of everything at the hotel. Extortionate. Add on a 15 percent service charge for a beer. Went to roof terrace no cold beer. Room has a service charge and another tax on it and so does every item u buy.

Comfy room and aircon. Nice shower and pool was clean. Could walk to restaurants and bars down the road.

They promise a swimming pool and by the pictures it seems like it is a big one. Unfortunately once we got there we were informed that the pool on the pictures was 15min drive from the hotel. Although there is a shuttle service from the hotel to the pool this service was not available for one of the days (we only stayed 2 nights). There is alternate “pool” at the hotel building but is more like a “pond” and is surrounded by a wall, so no view.

We stayed in the hotel only for two nights to get our next flight, the hotel is near the airport. We also used the private beach resort of the hotel to which they have a shuttle service. (Is no sand beach however). We could also deposit some luggage in the hotel without any problem. Food/Drinks at the beach resort is basic, but you can let bring from hotel.

Pool not so private near reception, nothing outside hotel like shops or sari store,tv was in Korean or Chinese in room, maintenance or myself couldn't sort it so didn't watch and it lost signal, probably good idea to refresh settings prior to new occupants to english

It's a nice hotel at a reasonable price with included breakfast, comfortable bedding and good bathroom all well fitted out, rooftop bar,breakfast in restaurant adequate and tasty, elevator,staff friendly and quick response to your needs,security guards good for a chat at gate
