Great location with an excellent terrace to have a drink or meal on overlooking the oasis. Lovley Court yard garden. Great pool and the staff were happy for us to use the pool in the afternoon after we had checked out while we waited for our evening bus back to Lima.

The hotel was very good, checkin was very quick and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool was an extra bonus.

They charged 10% service fee and that was never indicated in the booking reservation. Lady in front desk insisted it was listed in the booking terms, we read the whole thing together only mentioned 18% tax and she still charged the 10%. conveniently before my credit card was not accepted to get the reservation that had to be prepaid. So if you get a reservation that needs to be prepaid and card doesn't "work" know you will get charged extra once you go directly to hotel.

Beautiful terrace for breakfast looking out on the lagoon, and the pool was great. Having a fridge was useful too.

We requested the family room which was 2 adjoining rooms and only 1 of the 2 rooms had air conditioning. One shared bathroom between the 2 rooms.

the hotel wasnt flexible when we asked to change our resentation dates due to a family situation, so we paid for 2 nights when we only used one. also our room was next to the dining area outside, and had several doors in and out, and didnt feel particularly safe

I think this hotel is over-priced as compared with other hotels I stayed at in Peru. I chose this hotel because it has a pool, if you don't expect to use the pool, choose a different accommodation.

This hotel is located directly in front of the Huacachina oasis, however Huacachina is VERY small so everything is very close to the oasis. The pool area is excellent. There is a nice open air court in the center of the hotel.

Very loud AC. Red light (from fire alarm) right above bed. Insects, bugs and mosquitos everywhere- especially in the bathroom and in the toilet. I had to apply mosquito repellent every night before going to sleep. I did not have a comfortable rest due to the insects, loud AC, and red light. Very minimal outlets- to recharge devices near bed.

Great showers with strong pressure. Great location. Good free breakfast included. The pool is a great way to relax and suntan for a day!

The hotel is really nice and comfortable. Our room was big and quiet, we liked the location of the hotel, the food in the restaurant was good! I would just recommend to improve the breakfast a little.

Hotel looked great from the outside and staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was quite big and not uncomfortable. Interior was a little dated and looks like it could do with a complete refurbishment. We did leave early the following morning and were provided with a nice breakfast bag

The rooms are a little bit old. The local architecture is from 90’s. It’s necessary renovate the decoration and furnitures but in general it’s a very good hotel, bed comfortable

The water from the faucet and shower is the only downside. There was a bit color when I first turned on the tap from the shower. It eventually cleared out after letting it run for a while. Though it is in the middle of a desert so water might be an issue already.

Location is amazing, close to the oasis and restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they even brought ua breakfast baggies when we couldn’t make it due to early tour schedule. Inside of the hotel has a nice garden. The hotel room is big for four people.

First room wasn’t clean but the staff was able to switch us to another room quickly.

Staff was accommodating and reasonable. King Room was comfortable and clean. It’s close to the main square in Huacachina for restaurants and tours. We enjoyed complimentary fresh breakfast. We decided to extend another day.
