The location is great very close to main plaza. The hotel is so beautiful and decorated very nicely to take you to the old days . It’s very clean and staff are friendly.

The room is on the older side-bathroom was dated (shower pressure and temp inconsistent) and the wifi from the room was very spotty.

The location of the hotel was prime! We were able to walk to the plaza del arms within minutes and there are lots of restaurants and cafe options around. The property itself is beautiful. The staff were always very polite as well with all of my interactions.

right in the historic center of Cuzco, elegant historic building with two courtyards, fountain, reliefs of the walls, it has definitely an atmosphere, freindly staff, rich breakfast, with a lot of fresh fruit, very good value for money, it is not by chance that stayed here just like last year and I definitely will choose this hotel when I return

The living room area is a bit odd, not too homely. Breakfast is OK.

The staff were extremely helpful. Whether it was helping out with organising a taxi, making suggestions on where to go, sorting laundry, they were just very willing to help out. Rooms are very spacious, beds very comfy, very clean and facilities were all very high quality. It's located all of 5 minutes away from the Plaza del Armas.

They initially put us in a twin room. But resolved this very quickly for us. We also had to negotiate on price as they were telling us much higher prices via whats app and then we found the cheapest price here on booking.com

The hotel is rightly a must-see in Cusco, it really is spectacular and we were very happy to have a night here before going on our Inca Trail with SAS who owns the hotel. Staying there made it easy for our pre-trek orientation and to leave our bags free of charge while we were away. They were even happy for us, on return, to repack our backs in the lobby. Rooms were beautiful and well appointed, good temperature. Good clean well provisioned bathroom

The property is charming with historic accents and modern amenities. The courtyards, 2 of them, are beautiful and well appointed. The carved wooden doors and carved stone stairs and pavers highlight the unique property, yet bathrooms are modern with hot water. The proprietor is welcoming, as are the staff, and made sure our complimentary breakfast was enjoyed with the perfect coffee, coca tea, juices, or hot cocoa. The breakfast included hot and cold items with a nice buffet of varieties of fruit, meat and cheese. Our time was well spent meeting and relaxing with other guests.

An enchanting historic building with colonial courtyards and a functioning fountain. Full of the special atmosphere of Cusco. Decent breakfast. Perfectly located right in the city center. No question that during my next stay in Cusco I will choose this hotel.

Beautiful courtyard with ornate hand carved wood work. Exceptional room with stair case to bedroom loft. Perfect location, a block and a half off the main plaza and a half a block from a smaller and quieter plaza. A great place to end our trip to Peru but also a great base for a longer stay in Cusco.

If I was coming back to Cusco I would stay here. Only a few blocks from the main Plaza. The staff were amazing my mum was a little unwell with altitude sickness and they got oxegon for her and helped call a Dr. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and eggs cooked fresh. The place is just beautiful aswell with the interior courtyards and there is a lounge we used after check out as we had a late bus leaving Cusco. Free cocoa tea available.
