I didn’t like that the only window was internal and onto the hallway. The door has a glass section above it. During the night the hall light shines in. So no full darkness. There is a big fridge (which I understand is handy) but it makes a noise. They offered me a packed breakfast which was lovely. I asked for no pork. It came with a ham sandwich.

It was in a great Miraflores location. In a quiet residential street. It’s a lovely looking casa with beautiful features including tiled floors. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a nice bed and the bathroom was delightful. I only had a packed breakfast because I left early on the Peru Hop bus. But they kindly provided it. It was quiet at night.

It was located near the beach and to many good restaurants. It was full of character as a converted house. They worked hard to make it comfortable and a great experience.

The hot water supply in the shower was inconsistent and required quick reflexes to keep ourselves from getting burnt/frozen. But it's not a deal-breaker and we still enjoyed our stay!

Very cute boutique hotel with lots of different pockets of spaces to hang out or work with privacy. Nice free breakfast with great coffee in the morning too. We requested for a to-go pack the evening prior as we were leaving early and they had it arranged for us to pick it up in the morning at 6. Clean room, comfortable bed, adequate amenities (hangers, desk, cooler, standing fan).

Great location, close to the beach front. Staff was very friendly. We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast is good value for money and the coffee is good. We went on a guided tour very early in the morning and had to miss breakfast so they packed us a lunch box. There is someone at reception for help 24/7

Too hot, poor ventilation and no fan provided for the heat, found very difficult to sleep in that heat and the poor ventilation, the only window in the room was internal with no airflow and next to the kitchen and hall area, so there was alway a light on, imposible to open at night, not private enough and too bright.

Breakfast is lovely and such a pretty place to sit and enjoy the morning. The location is my favourite part. I walked out to the malecón early each morning to enjoy some nature whilst in the city. It is the quietest place I’ve stayed in Lima and the staff are very kind and helpful yet non invasive. 🙏🏽 thank you for everything

Like many older homes in Miraflores, there is no elevator in Casa Porta, although there is always friendly help with bags if necessary!

Casa Porter is a hidden gem in the tree-lined neighbourhood of Miraflores. Attention to detail is key in this clean, efficiently-run home-away-from-home. I loved the friendly staff, and being able to walk to many restaurants, lively shopping areas and to the oceanfront.

Everything was as I expected, plus I had to check out quite early and the staff made sure I had a doggy bag to bring to the airport! There was also an issue with the lighting on the ground floor where my room was and the staff gave us two drink bottles for the inconvenience caused. It may not seem like much but little things like that make a difference! Muchas gracias :)

The hotel is so cute, the decor is beautiful and the rooftop was so nice for relaxing in. The breakfast was delicious and staff was so helpful. Miraflores is beautiful the and hotel is right by the coastal walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Casa Porta is in a quiet part of the Miraflores suburb. Very good breakfast with flexible times. Staff really kind and assisted us with anything and everything! Walking distance from restaurants and market.

As everyone else mentioned (and I knew prior to booking but was hopeful); you hear every single thing happening outside your room. Being a light sleeper, this was a nightmare. I woke up to every single footstep and couldn't sleep before some people in the corridor decided to end their a 30 minute conversation around midnight. My partner and kid slept peacefully so it really depends on how much of a heavy sleeper you are :D

Spacious room, everything was clean, nice decor. Beds were very comfy. Accommodating staff with early breakfast boxes and late check-ins.
