Occasionally, the water would stop flowing. I told the front desk and a few minutes later, it is flowing like normal again. Have no idea what happened.

The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great.

The shower area is very small, with the cold shower curtain touching my skin with every turn. Also, the consistent flow of water/ hot water, is surely an issue because sometimes it would become very cold or not come at all while bathing.

Overall, the hostal was quite quaint, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the beauty of it. the breakfast was delicious and enough. The Wi-Fi worked very smooth.

the first night i was asked for a 3 people bedroom with 3 beds and i was given 2 beds, as we were 3 people that was uncomfortable.

Our room was situated at the front of the hostel which was right above the front door. There is absolutely NO sound proofing in this room. We could hear every single conversation within every common room in the hostel, the door shutting was EXTREMELY loud and you can hear EVERY noise outside of the hostel which was plentiful. At all hours of the day and night there are people talking, yelling, slamming doors, honking horns everywhere and you can hear it all - there is absolutely no sound dampening to help. We spent 4 nights here and barely slept a wink the entire time. So if you’re sensitive to noise, don’t stay here. The bathroom was also honestly pretty gross. But we did get a short period of hot water every night which was nice.

The staff were amazing! It just so happened that we were often only around when the night crew was there and they didn’t often speak much English, but they were so kind and patient with our learning Spanish and always ensured we got what we needed. I couldn’t say enough kind words about the staff, they were amazing and so helpful and kind. The rooms were also warm and the beds comfortable.

Old building so quite noisy especially from the street. The WiFi did not work in the room and was poor in the common area - worst WiFi we experienced in Peru.

Overall the stay was very good, however the WiFi didn’t work in our room and there wasn’t enough hot water for all of us to shower (we were a group of 4 in a quadruple room) which was very frustrating after coming back from a 2 day hiking trip. The water also wasn’t working at all one day (apparently it was the whole neighbourhood).

The building is simple and beautiful and the staff member was extremely friendly and helpful.

The place is quite and confí very nice decorated. The only negative thing in our room was the bathroom and the shower were too small and uncomfortable. And the WiFi not too good. But the staff was very polite and helpful. Specially Javier.

The WiFi was a complete joke. It never worked anywhere, and I heard other people complaining about it too. You can't blame the routers - just fix the problem. When we went to pay, they seemed really short on change, and when we paid a bill of 132 by giving 142 soles, we were asked if we 'had anything smaller', which is ridiculous. They also don't accept credit cards, adding to the farce regarding the change. We asked to keep the room for the day as we had a night bus, but (except for a few cents) we were charged the full price of another night, even though we weren't even going to get any breakfast or be in the room past 9pm.

The staff were very friendly and the room was really nice and very comfortable. We also liked the layout of the building and the location was good - nice and close to the centre of Cusco.

The WiFi is really weak. There’s not really a common space if you spend time in the hostel but out of the room.

The hostel people are very kind. The location is good that you can walk to the main square in 5-6 minutes. The bed is very comfortable. They offer free breakfast which is pretty decent.

Wi-Fi was not always working/available in our room during our stay. During our stay we had also interruptions of water supply. Il was not directly the hotel's fault. To compensate, they paid us the transfer to the airport.

The beds were too short for a European and the double bed was too small for two people to lie in comfortably.

The variety of breakfast could be wider, but still it's okay.

The location is very good, pretty close to everything. The atmosphere is very sweet. We had warm water in our room and after some tries WiFi was working fine.
