Some of the serving staff at restaurant seemed a little surly. I was in a room with a supposed "mountain view" (1st floor, 103). My room backed directly on to the road so my view was of parked cars and part of a dune. The lights were on outside in the street and the room had thin curtains so it was bright all night. There was also construction outside the hotel so needed to carry my suitcase or drag it through mud and sand. Fine for one night but overpriced. I think in summer it would be good with the pool, but for winter it was too cold to swim.

Clean, has ceiling fan and standing fan, desk and chair. Breakfast was adequate. Internet was good.

The hotel was located right on the oasis. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very lovely. Breakfast was a traditonal affair with a nice view over the oasis.

They only cleaned my room once in my 4 days stay, which is not much considering u constantly bring sand back to the room. The shower was just a drizzle, which makes it really hard to clean the sand off after coming back from the dunes, I understand it's the desert but if there is good water pressure in the sink I don't see why the shower can't be the same. Not very quiet at night. A bit pricey for what it is.

It is a great location. Staff are amazing, and the facilities on location like the pool and rooftop terrace are fabulous. The breakfast that is included is nice, and the restaurant in the location is tasty and affordable.

Bath products were more than essential, power sockets worked not so well and there was no hair dryer in the structure, which could be a problem if you go to the pool or if you just need to wash your hair after all the sand and sweat you get at Huacachina

Very good position, easy to reach in any moment. Nice pool for guests and a big room with stunning view of the oasis. Very nice staff always at your service

We really loved our stay at Huacachina sunset. The rooftop terrace was really nice and the breakfast was simple, yet delicious. The staff was amazing, letting us stay on the terrace even after checkout times. Highly recommended if you stay in Huacachina. The place was also a bit more quiet than the other hostels, which had more of a party vibe

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! The hostal was in a great location. The room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was amazing! We were able to order lunch directly to the pool which was really nice.

There was a weird smell in the room maybe coming from the wooden floors, it could benefit from an air freshener. The shower was never hot enough or with good pressure.

Amazing position and great view of the laguna. We loved the swimming pool where you can enjoy nice drinks and liked the breakfast In their restaurant downstairs which has the best happy hour prices, the staff was really helpful when we asked for early packed breakfast the day we had a tour booked. Thanks a lot
